Research On The Influence Factors Of Public’s Adoption Intention In Mobile Health

Development of mobile Internet have forced mobile medical treatment,which is based on new technology,and has greatly improved the treatment,care,and health management,and has helped to ease the balance of medical resources.Although the development of mobile medical health is not very long,after experiencing several stages of exploration,outbreak,and calmness,there is a big difference between users’ acceptance and adoption of mobile health.Taking mobile medical app as an example,this paper explores the influencing factors of users’ willingness to adopt mobile medical service.By combing and summarizing domestic and foreign scholars’ research,we found that mainly study focus on the research of product technology function and the adoption of mobile medicine.This paper is based on the previous research results and the current mainstream research model.On the basis of the TAM&UTAUT theory,this paper integrates IDT theory,and combined with the Daul-factor theory.Make areference of maturity scales of foreign and domestic research,formulate the questionnaire of research factors affecting extraction in this paper.We sample data by empirical study,and found that the influence factors on the user adoption intention.This article uses the SPSS21.0.The data pass the reliability test and validity test,and we process the correlation analysis,variance analysis and regression analysis.Through the analysis we found that perceived usefulness,perceived ease of use,social influence and personal innovation factors all have a positive influence on users’ willingness.There is no negative correlation between perceived risk and resistance change.Moreover,users of different ages,degrees and incomes have significant differences in the adoption of mobile medical care.However,there was no significant difference in the adoption of mobile medical treatment by users of gender and different health status.According to the above results,this paper puts forward relevant Suggestions and inspirations for mobile medical service.We hope to provide some theoretical guidance for the development of mobile medical services.
