Objective Observe whether 7%MA(maleic acid)solution and 1%IP6(phytic acid)solution have the effect of removing smear layer on root canal wall, and the former and the common clinical root canal rinse solution(17%EDTA solution)comparison, observation and analysis of the three removal of smear layer effect. Methods 1.The 80 Dan Genya(anterior molar and incisor)were divided into 4 groups randomly, with 20 isolated teeth in each group. After the group,80 isolated teeth were prepared by using a nickel titanium instrument(ProTaper). The root canal is gradually expanded in order, that is,SX-S1-S2-F1-F2-F3.During the preparation of NiTi instruments,3% sodium hypochlorite solution was used for each replacement. After the completion of the four groups were prepared, using 17%EDTA,distilled water,1%IP6(phytic acid)solution,7%MA(maleic acid)solution of root canal irrigation. Finally, the 0.9%NaCl solution was used to rinse the root canals of 80 isolated teeth.10 samples were randomly selected from each group. The root canal was divided into three parts: root 1/3,root 1/3 and root tip 1/3.SEM was used to observe the effect of smear removal.2.The 10 left teeth in each group were filled with root canal, and the filling method was filled with cold tooth glue. The staining of 1/3 in the root tips of each group was observed by India ink staining.According to the dyeing situation, the microleakage of the root apex is reflected, and the three are able to effectively remove the tarnished layer in the root apex. Results 1.3% sodium hypochlorite solution(NaClO)combined with 7%MA(maleic acid)solution(group-D)removal of smear layer the best effect is better than that of 3%NaClO solution and 1%IP6(phytic acid)solution(group-C)and A,B two group(control group),and D group of dentin tubular structure is not obvious damage.D group 7%MA(maleic acid)and C group 1%IP6(phytic acid)removal of root canal wall smear layer effect is better than A and B two groups, but A,B,C three groups of dentinal tubule structure has different degrees of damage.2.According to 7%MA(maleic acid)solution group and 1%IP6(phytic acid)solution group apical area staining analysis, two groups of experimental group root tip micro leakage situation is lower than 17%EDTA solution group, and better than negative control group(B group). Conclusions 1.The 7%MA(maleic acid)solution and the 1%IP6(phytic acid)solution all have the effect of removing the smear layer of the root canal wall, and the effect of removing the smear layer is better than that of the 17%EDTA solution.2.The effect of 7%MA(maleic acid)solution combined with 3%NaClO solution to remove the smear layer of the root canal wall is the best.
