Objection: To analyze the clinical data, laboratory examination, blood inflammatory cells and inflammatory factors between intracranial aneurysms and controls in relation to risk of cerebral aneurysm formation. Methods: Date from 140 patients with intracranial aneurysms(IA)and 67 patients with normal blood vessels after cerebral angiography(DSA)examination between July 2015 to January 2017 in Tongji Affiliated to Tongji Medical College of Huazhong University of Science and Technology were reviewed. And then,we evaluate data including clinical characteristic, inflammation cells by Flow cytometry from peripheral blood, laboratory test results and inflammatory factors using the statistical analysis. Results: The incidence of female patients is much higher than male ones and female-to-male ratio is nearly 1.7:1(P=0.01),while the history of hypertension, smoking and ect between two groups have no difference when compared to the clinical data between IA and controls. Moreover,In the laboratory examination, the blood level of glucose,D-D-dimer,Plateletcrit,platelet and high-sensitivity c-reactive protein(Hs CRP)are higher in IA,having statistically significant difference(P < 0.01).In the Flow separation in peripheral blood mononuclear cells, the ratio of CD4 + CD16-cells is lower in IA,while CD14-CD16 + cells higher. In the Flow separation in peripheral blood CD4+T cells, the ratios of TH1 and TH17 cells are higher in IA,while TH2 cells is closely same between two groups. In the blood inflammatory factors, there is no difference between two groups. Conclusion: Females, the blood level of glucose,D-D-dimer,Plateletcrit,platelet and Hs CRP are related to formation of intracranial aneurysms and can be used as a risk factor for screening for intracranial aneurysm formation.Dysregulation of mononuclear cells and CD4+ T Cell Subsets may be play a role in the formation of intracranial aneurysms.Objection: To compare the clinical, laboratory testing and blood inflammatory factors between ruptured intracranial aneurysms and unruptured aneurysms in relation to risk of cerebral aneurysm rupture. Methods: Date from 140 patients of intracranial aneurysms(95 ruptured aneurysms and 45 unruptured aneurysms)between July 2015 to January 2017 in Tongji Affiliated to Tongji Medical College of Huazhong University of Science and Technology were collected. And then,we evaluate data including clinical characteristic, inflammation factors from peripheral blood and laboratory test results using the statistical analysis. Results: The history of hypertension and predisposing factors are possibly related to the rupture of cerebral aneurysms, while age and gender between two groups have no difference when compared to the clinical data between RIA and UIA.Moreover, the patients with anterior communicating artery aneurysms in RIA are more than that in UIA,the internal carotid artery aneurysms are less in RIA.In the laboratory examination, the blood concentration of glucose and D-D-dimer are higher in RIA,having statistically significant difference(P < 0.01),RIA and UIA are compared, prothrombin activity and activated partial thrombin time are lower(P < 0.05).Investigating the indicators of inflammatory markers in blood, the blood level of s ICAM 1 and MMP-9 in RIA are higher than that in UIA(P < 0.01).Conclusion: hypertension, predisposing factors, anterior communicating artery aneurysms, platelet count, blood glucose and D-D-dimer may be associated with intracranialaneurysm rupture, and can be used as a prediction of intracranial aneurysm rupture, however,in this experiment, such as age, gender and ect have no obvious correlation in the rupture of intracranial aneurysms.s ICAM 1 and MMP-9 are higher in RIA,demonstrating that inflammation may play a role in the rupture of intracranial aneurysm.
