| Objective:To investigate the expression of Bcl-2,Bag-1,VEGFand SUVmax and its possible clinical significance.Methods:Forty-seven specimens of breast cancer that were surgically resected and confirmed by pathology were selected as the experimental group.56 cases of breast fibroadenoma and 56 cases of normal breast tissue were selected as control groups, and a total of 159 specimens were obtained. All patients with breast cancer underwent 18F-FDG whole body imaging before surgery to measure the SUVmax of breast cancer. The expression of Bcl-2,Bag-1 and VEGF were detected by immunohistochemistry in all specimens. The relationship between each other and the SUVmax valueResults:Distribution of Bcl-2,Bag-1,and VEGF in three tissues1)Bcl-2 was dispersed or continuously distributed in the cytoplasm of normal breast tissue, breast fibroma tissue and breast cancer tissue(Figure1-3);2)Bag-1 was dispersed in the cytoplasm and nucleus of normal breast tissue and Continuous distribution(Figure 4);dispersed or continuous distribution in cytoplasm and nuclei of breast fibroid tissue(Figure 4-6);dispersed or continuous distribution in cytoplasm and nuclei of breast cancer tissues(Figure 6).3)VEGF was dispersed or continuously distributed in the cytoplasm of normal breast tissue, breast fibroma tissue and breast cancer tissue(Figure7-9).2.Expression of Bcl-2,Bag-1 and VEGF in Three Kinds of TissuesThe expression of Bcl-2 in breast cancer tissue was higher than that in normal breast tissue and breast fibroadenoma tissue(X2=24.618,P=0.000).The expression of Bag-1 in breast cancer tissue was higher than that in normal breast tissue(X2=14.111,P=0.000).However,there was no significant difference in the expression of Bag-1 in breast fibroma tissue(P>0.05).The expression of VEGF in breast cancer tissue was higher than that in normal breast tissue and breast fibroadenoma tissue, and the difference was statistically significant(X2=51.448,P=0.000),Table 1.3.The correlation between positive expression of Bcl-2 and Bcl-2 and breast cancerIn breast cancer tissues,Bag-l positive expression was 27 cases(57.4%),and Bcl-2 positive expression was 30 cases(63.8%).There was no significant difference in positive rate between the two groups(P>0.05).But both results that there is correlation(r=0.511,X2=17.258,P=0.000),Table 2.4.The correlation between positive expression of Bag-l and VEGF and breast cancerIn breast cancer tissues,Bag-l positive expression was found in 27 cases(57.4%)and VEGF positive expression in 35 cases(74.5%).There was no significant difference in the positive rate between the two groups(P>0.05).But both results that there is correlation(r=0.384,X2=5.2721,P=0.022),Table 3.5.The correlation between Bcl-2 and VEGF positive expression and breast cancerIn breast cancer tissues,Bcl-2 expression was positive in 30 cases(63.8%),and VEGF was positively expressed in 35 cases(74.5%).There was no significant difference in the positive rate between the two groups(P>0.05),but the results were related.(r=0.575,X2=12.903,P=0.000),Table 4.6.Relationship between expression of Bcl-2,Bag-1,Bcl-2,VEGF and SUVmax in breast cancerThe SUVmax value of Bcl-2 positive expression was significantly higher than that of Bcl-2 negative expression tissue. The SUVmax value of VEGF positive expression was significantly higher than that of VEGF negative tissue. The difference was statistically significant(t’=5.798,P=0.000;t’=5.798,P=0.009).There was no significant difference in the SUVmax value between Bag-1 positive expresstion tissues and Bag-1 negative expression tissues((t’=1.428,P=0.0160),Table 5.Conclusions:1.The expression of Bag-1,Bcl-2 and VEGF in breast cancer tissues was higher than that in normal breast tissues and breast fibroadenoma tissues. This shows that Bag-1,Bcl-2 and VEGF play an important role in the development of breast cancer.2.There was a positive correlation between the expression of Bag-1,Bcl-2 and VEGF in breast cancer tissues, suggesting that the three may bind and interact with each other and synergistically promote the anti-apoptosis ability of tumor cells.3.The positive expression of Bcl-2 and VEGF in breast cancer patients was significantly higher than that of negative expression. It was suggested that Bcl-2 and VEGF could promote the proliferation and invasion of tumors. The SUVmax value was helpful for tumor diagnosis and clinical staging evaluation. |
