Research Progress Of The Application Of Chimeric Antigen Receptor-engineered T Cells For Solid Tumor

Chimeric antigen receptor T cell(CAR-T)therapy is an immunotherapy technique that aims to kill the target tumor by T cells genetically modification,and it integrates both the monoclonal antibody and the cellular immune technologies.As a "living drug",it has produced great unprecedented effects in the blood system tumor.At present,the clinical application of CAR-T technology provides powerful methods for the treatment of tumor immunotherapy and other diseases,with the tumor targets developing and technical improving,CAR-T therapy has become the one of the main therapeutic methods for tumor.This paper reviewed not only the technical principles and researching progress of CAR-T cells,but also the existing problems and its solving strategies in the application process.
