| With the rapid increase in the demand for surgical operations, the hospital surgery center has experienced a sharp increase in pressure. Most hospitals in China still lack scientific scheduling methods and techniques, resulting in wasting surgical resources, stopping operations, and excessive overtime for medical staff. As the operating core of the hospital, the operating room(OR),under the condition of existing medical resources, improves the quality and quantity of surgical services through reasonable operation room scheduling, and realizes the efficient use of medical resources, becoming the focus of hospital management. At the same time, the OR scheduling problem has many difficulties, such as multi-resources,multi-uncertainty,and multi-participators,and involves collaborative optimization at the multi-process stage, which greatly increases the difficulty of modeling and solving the problem. In addition,in the actual hospital operation, emergency patient arrival is one of the main uncertainties in the OR scheduling which is difficult to plan in advance and generally has urgent surgery requirements. It requires priority to possess limited medical resources, and therefore often causes negative schedules for elective surgery. However, because the surgical system serves the “person” and involves three major participants: the patient, the medical staff, and the hospital administrator, all parties have their own goals for the surgical scheduling program, and it is difficult to satisfy at the same time.In this paper,a surgery scheduling problem in of multi-resources,multi-stage operating room operations with emergency patient arrival is studied.First of all, aiming at the arrival of emergency patients, this paper analyzes the impact of the three main surgical service system’s participants and designs a dissatisfaction function based on prospect theory to describe the negative impact.Secondly,on the basis of the multi-resource-constrained surgical scheduling problem,a multi-objective scheduling model considering participators is constructed; Then, according to the established model combined with the characteristics of the OR scheduling problem,a hybrid Particle Swarm Optimization algorithm(HPSO)was used to solve the problem through the initial population construction strategy and local search strategy. Finally,a numerical experiment was designed based on the actual data of a general hospital.Through the analysis of the diversity and convergence of the effective frontier of the experimental results, the effectiveness of the proposed HPSO in dealing with different problem scales was verified. At the theoretical level, this paper provides a new measurement method for OR scheduling considering behavior, which provides a reference for model construction. At the same time, the proposed HPSO provides a new idea for solving the this kind of multi-objective intelligent optimization algorithm involving multiple resource constraints with initial population construction and local search strategy. On the practical level,it helps to provide hospital administrators with an effective and diverse OR scheduling to optimize the operating status when dealing with emergency patients. |
