| Objective:To observe the clinical effect of treating perianal eczema with Glauber’s salt-alum lotion combined with Triamcinolone Acetonide Urea Ointment.Method:Randomly divide 60 patients(who met the inclusion criteria)into two groups,treatment group and control group,30 cases for each.For treatment group : Melt Glauber’s salt-alum lotion into 1500-2000 ml boiling water.First fumigate,when the temperature gets proper,sit in the agentia for 15 min.Then dry the diseased area and apply Triamcinolone Acetonide Urea Ointment.Repeat every morning and evening.For Control Group: Just 1500-2000 ml boiling water.First fumigate,when the temperature gets proper,sit in the water for15 min.Then dry the diseased area and apply Triamcinolone Acetonide Urea Ointment.Repeat every morning and evening.After 14 days of treatment,according to the grading standard,grade the clinical symptom and skin lesion area and shape of two groups,and compare the clinical efficacy of these two groups.Result:Treatment group 30 cases: clinical recovery 15 cases,remarkable 9 cases,effective 5 cases,invalid 1 cases,Cure rate was50.00%,total effective rate was 96.67%.Control group 30 cases: clinical recovery 10 cases,remarkable 5cases,effective 8 cases,invalid 7 cases,cure rate was 33.33%,total effective rate was 76.67%.The comparison of curative effect in two groups was statistically significant(p<0.05).The symptoms(itching,dampness)and skin lesion shape and total score of the two groups compared with those before treatment were statistically significant(p<0.05),which indicated that the symptoms and physical signs of the patients were significantly improved.But there was no significant difference in skin lesion area between these two groups(p>0.05).Conclusion:The curative effect of Glauber’s salt-alum lotion fumigation combined with Triamcinolone Acetonide Urea Ointment in treating perianal eczema is better than control group,and it is worthy of clinical popularization. |
