Meta Analysis Of The Curative Effect Of Shenlingbaizhu San In The Treatment Of Recurrent Oral Ulcer

Objective:to evaluate the clinical effect of Shenlingbaizhu Powder in the treatment of recurrent oral ulcer and provide data for clinical application.Methods:using computer to search CNKI,VIP,WANFANG DATA,CHKD,national excellent master thesis database.The excellent doctoral thesis database and English database including Medline,a database of American medical literature,were used to search for the randomized controlled study of the treatment of recurrent oral ulcer with Shenlingbaizhu Powder,and the Cochrane risk bias tool was used.To establish a method for evaluating the quality of literature research.The data were extracted from the literature according to the evaluation criteria,and the Meta analysis and heterogeneity evaluation of the included data were carried out by using the software RevMan5.3.Results:1.This study involved a total of 298 patients in 4 rando mized controlled trials.Meta analysis showed that compared with western medicine alone,the addition or subtraction of Shenling Atractylodes Powder or the addition of Shenling Atractylodes Powder on the basis of western medicine,The clinical effect of the treatment of recurrent oral ulcer was significantly improved[the ratio was significantly higher than that of ORV4.25,95%CI(2.16,8.36),P<0.0001],the difference was statistically significant,and the 1-year recurrence rate was significantly higher than that of ORO 0.24,95%CI(0.13,0.44),P<0.00001].The analysis of heterogeneity included in the literature is of homogeneity,Chi~2=0.42,df=3(P=0.94);I~2=0%.The analysis of funnel graph shows that the funnel image is generally symmetrical and has no obvious publication bias.Conclusion:the addition and subtraction of Shenling Atractylodes Powder is effective in the treatment of recurrent oral ulcers,which can significantly improve the clinical efficacy,reduce the recurrence rate and reduce the number of ulcers in the treatment of recurrent oral ulcers.Because the literature published at present on the treatment of recurrent oral ulcers with Shenling Atractylodes Powder is less,the number of patients involved is limited,and the quality of the study varies,different experimental designs have their own shortcomings.Therefore,the conclusion of this study still needs to be supported by a larger sample of research data and a higher quality of literature.
