Objective:To evaluate the clinical efficacy and adverse reactions of microtransplantation combined with antiangiogenic chemotherapy in the treatment of patients with non-small cell lung cancer(NSCLC).Methods:from January 2015 to May 2016,104 cases of non-small cell lung cancer in our hospital were divided into observation group(51 cases)and control group(53 cases),according to their acceptance of microtransplantation and antiangiogenic chemotherapy. The observation group received microtransplantation combined with antiangiogenic chemotherapy, while the control group received antiangiogenic chemotherapy only, then the recent clinical effect, the quality of life and the adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Results:The effective rate in the observation group was significantly higher than the control group(70.6%VS 50.9,?~2=4.200,P<0.05),the observation group and the control group disease control rate were 94.1%and 81.1%,there were significant differences between the two groups(?~2=4.007,P<0.05),the quality of life improvement rate of the observation group and the control group were 90.2%and 75.5%,respectively,showing significant difference(?~2=3.937,P<0.05),the adverse reactions of the two groups(including fever, gastrointestinal symptoms, liver and kidney function damage, bone marrow supperssion)had no significant difference(P>0.05).Conclusion:microtransplantation combined with antiangiogenic chemotherapy can effectively improve the effect of clinical treatment, improve the quality of life, and have a certain degree of safety in patients with NSCLC.
