| Objective:The meta-analysis was used to compare the effects of early oral feeding(EOF)and traditional oral feeding(TOF)on people with gastric cancer after surgery. Methods:Using computer search PubMed,Ovid,CNKI,The Cochrane Library,VIP and Wanfang Database, find and save a comprehensive randomized controlled trial(RCT)to compare the effects of two different EOF and TOF interventions on postoperative clinical outcomes in patients with gastric cancer, use computer to check each All the related documents held by the library since its creation to June 1,2017,according to the inclusion and exclusion criteria established, two investigators were selected for reading screening, and analyzed and processed using RevMan 5.3 software. Results:In this meta-analysis study,13 randomized controlled trials(RCTs)were included and 1139 patients were included.Time of first postoperative exhaustion in patients with EOF(MD=-0.99 d,95% CI(-1.37 to-0.60 d),P<0.00001),postoperative hospital stay(MD=-2.46 d,95% CI(-)3.35~-1.57 d),P<0.00001],hospitalization cost(MD=-0.46 million yuan,95% CI(-0.54 to-0.39 million yuan),P<0.00001)were less than TOF group. The overall incidence of postoperative complications in patients with EOF was lower(OR=0.69,95%CI(0.48-0.99),P=0.04),with incision infections(OR=0.35,95%CI(0.13-0.92),P= 0.03] The probability of occurrence is significantly higher in the TOF group.Inflammation-related indicators, the COF decreased rapidly after surgery in patients in the EOF group(MD =-23.39,95% CI(-28.64 to-18.13),P < 0.00001),IL-6(MD =-12.45,95 %CI(-18.04 to-6.85),P<0.0001)also decreased faster than patients in the TOF group. The rest of the research indicators were not statistically different. Conclusions:Early postoperative oral gastric cancer patients can promote gastrointestinal function, can recover, accelerate exhaust, defecate, shorten postoperative hospital stay, and reduce treatment and treatment costs.Reduce the occurrence of related complications, and reduce postoperative inflammatory reactions, maintain the patient’s immune function, worthy of clinical application. |
