Objective:BMP-15 is an important source of oocyte growth factor.It at a lower level in the early of follicular specific expression in ovarian,affect follicle-stimulating hormone(FSH)of granular cell regulation of steroid hormone secretion level is associated with granular cell hyperplasia,FSH dependency cell differentiation of oocyte specific regulatory factor,on the early development of the follicle is extremely important.Current research suggests that the gene mutation might be one of ovarian premature occurrence and development mechanism.This study explore the BMP-15genes and ovarian reserve function in patients with ovarian endometrial ectopic cyst.Methods:choose the IVF-ET patients in 2~ndd Affiliated Hosipital of Fujian Medical University from January 2017 to December 2017 laparoscopic ovarian endometriosis cyst removal surgery,80 cases of patients,aged 22 to 39 years old,average(28.73±4.91).Study by hospital ethics committee approval and informed consent signed patients.Before the treatment,two groups of patients age,body mass index,cyst diameter,operation time,intraoperative blood loss,such as baseline data difference has no statistical significance(P>0.05),comparable.Grouping criteria:ovarian reactivity judgment standard,according to a report in the literature of the patients with egg number 7 or less MEDALS for ovarian reaction,low>7<20 for the reaction,20as high or higher reaction.Research group:due to low responders abandoned oocytes raising difficulties,just raised,high reaction in two groups of patients.Testing BM P-15 first meiotic metaphase(MI)was used for the mother cell.CGC are stripping oocytes(MII)in the middle of the second meiotic division eggs gained high complex.Combining the application of immunofluorescence laser confocal microscopy detection patients first meiotic metaphase,metaphase I,MI)of oocytes BMP-15protein expression.Results:1.The BMP-15 in all detected oocytes are expressed in the cytoplasm and evenly distributed in the cytoplasm,express strength relatively weak GDF-9.Reaction in the group of oocytes BMP-15 fluorescence intensity value is(30.01±7.55),(40.05±8.23)for high reaction group,group significantly increased the expression of high response,statistically significant difference(t=4.340,P=0.003).BMP-15 expression and got the eggs for A moderate positive correlation(r=0.587,P=0.002),and age,the FSH,LH,E2,PRL,T,A and designed the Gn dosage are not related.2.Ovary low,medium and high reactivity of general situation and the comparison of BMP-15:collected a total of 23 cases of low reaction,31 cases and 26 cases of patients with high reaction M phase II CGC.Three groups of age,basic FSH and designed.the Gn dosage general situation is no difference,the reaction of CGC BMP-15 integral optical density value is(5.78±1.03),respectively(6.98±1.65)and(6.38±0.88),comparison between the three groups were no statistical difference(P>0.05).Conclusion:ovarian response and high oocytes increased the expression of BMP-15.BMP-15 genes on the ovarian reserve function of patients with ovarian endometrial ectopic cyst have a positive impact.
