Expression Of ERG?D2-40?CD31?CD34 In Patients With Common Angiogenic Tumor

Objective: 1.Learn the expression of ERG,CD31,CD34 and D2-40 in common vascular tumors;2.explore the significance of ERG,CD31,CD34 and D2-40 in the diagnosis of common vascular tumors.Method: Collect 22 cases of angioderma,19 cases of pyogenic granuloma,7 cases of kaposis sarcoma and 5 cases of angiosarcoma,labeled with ERG protein,CD31 protein,CD34 protein and D2-40 protein respectively;then observe expression of these markers in common angiogenic tumors and analyze the diagnostic significance of these markers in common angiogenic tumors.Result: 1.The expression of ERG in hemangioma was weak positive(9/22).The expression of CD31,CD34 and D2-40 was positive(21/22,20/22,18/22).The specificity of CD31 and CD34 was higher than that of ERG and D2-40,and the staining effect was good;2.The expression of ERG,CD31 and CD34 in the pyogenic granuloma specimens was strongly positive(19/19,18/19,18/19),D2-40 expression was negative(0/19),The specificity of ERG,CD31,and CD34 was high,and the staining effect was good;3.The expression of ERG,CD31,CD34 and D2-40 in Kaposi's sarcoma was positive(7/7,7/7,7/7,6/7).The specificity of ERG,CD31,CD34,and D2-40 was high,and the staining effect was good;4.The expression of ERG,CD31,CD34 and D2-40 in angiosarcoma specimens were positive(5/5,5/5,5/,5/5).The specificity of ERG,CD31,CD34,and D2-40 was high,and the staining effect was good.5.The positive rate of ERG in the hemangiomatoma group was significantly lower than that of pyogenic granuloma,kaposi's sarcoma and angiosarcoma group.The positive rates of CD31 and CD34 in different vascular tumor groups were higher,and the positive rate of D2-40 in the pyogenic granuloma group was significantly lower than that of angiomatoma,kaposi's sarcoma and angiosarcoma group.Conclusion: 1.CD31 and CD34 are highly specific and sensitive in vascular tumors.D2-40 is highly specific and sensitive in the diagnosis of lymphangiogenic tumors.2.ERG is highly specific and sensitive in vascular endothelial cell derived tumor,It can make a clear diagnosis of angiogenic tumor combined with CD31,CD34,D2-40,clinical and histopathology.
