ObjectiveThis experiment was designed to compare the effects of vascular pedicles on the adipose regeneration of tissue engineering chamber by comparing the different degrees of vascularization of Axial Blood vessels to study the effects of vascular pedicles on Adipose regeneration in adipose tissue engineering chamber,thus provides experimental basis for the clinical practice.MethodsA hollow silica gel tissue engineering chamber with surface pores was made.Group A: The fat flap based on the superficial inferior epigastric vascular pedicle was elevated and inset into a hollow silicon chamber implanted subcutaneously in the groin of the SD rats for 6 weeks.Group B:The inferior epigastric superficial artery were obtained from the SD rats as the axis blood,and the autologous fat was transferred to the hollow silicone tissue engineering room for 6 weeks.Group C:The same volume of autologous fat was transferred to the hollow silica tissue engineering chamber for 6 weeks,8 per group.ResultTissue engineering interior tissues all survive.A layer of connective tissue envelope forms outside the adipose tissue.The envelope passes through the surface of the tissue engineering chamber and connection with the outdoor.The volume of the contents of group A was increased from(0.100±0.005)ml to(0.712±0.077)ml,the volume of the envelope was(0.163±0.022)ml,and the volume of fat increased from(0.100±0.005)ml to(0.536±0.082)ml;The volume of the contents of group B increased from(0.100±0.005)ml to(0.402±0.284)ml,the envelope volume was(0.096±0.09)ml,and the fat increased from(0.100±0.005)ml to(0.306±0.023)ml;the volume of the contents of the group C was from(0.100 ± 0.005)ml increased to(0.115 ± 0.026)ml,the envelope volume was(0.090 ± 0.012)ml,and the volume of fat was reduced from(0.100±0.005)ml to(0.033 ± 0.012)ml.The number of blood vessels measured in multiple fields under the same microscope show that the average number of blood vessels in the group A was(15.38±1.996),the average number of blood vessels in the group B was(18.88±2.031),and the average number of blood vessels in the group C was(4.13 ± 1.458),the volume of fat and the number of blood vessels between the three groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).ConclusionThe tissue engineering c applied to the adipose tissue engineering provides room for indoor tissue growth,and the vascular network formed by the axial vascular pedicles can better promote the regeneration of adipose in the engineering chamber.
