Effect Of Fludarabine Combined With Cytarabine On Serum IGF-1 And LIF In Myeloid Leukemia

ObjectiveTo study the fluorine dara marina joint cytarabine in acute myeloid leukemia patients and the clinical effect of the serum levels of insulin-like growth factor 1(IGF 1)and leukemia inhibitory factor(LIF)levels.Methods:72 patients with myeloid leukaemia admitted from May 2015 to July 2017 were divided into control group(n =36 cases)and observation group(n =36 cases)according to the treatment method.Control group using fluorine dara marina joint high-dose cytarabine(FLAG)solution treatment,the observation group USES the fluorine dara dose cytarabine in combination therapy,using enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay to determine patients serum insulin-like growth factor 1 and leukemia inhibitory factor level,reference for solid tumor response criterion from the perspective of complete response,partial response,not alleviate to evaluate two groups of curative effect rate;The levels of t-lymphocyte subgroups and NK cells were measured by flow cytometry.Record and statistics in the two groups after treatment rate and hematology toxicity reaction,gastrointestinal reaction and incidence of adverse reactions such as oral toxicity reaction,compared two groups of clinical curative effect and the IGF-1,the influence of the level of LIF.Results:(1)The therapeutic effect rate of the treatment group was 91.67%,higher than the control group 72.22%(P < 0.05).(2)The levels of igf-1 and LIF were not statistically significant(P>0.05).The igf-1 and LIF levels were all higher than those in the control group(P < 0.05).(3)There was no statistically significant difference between the observation group and the control group before and after treatment(P>0.05).In the observation group,the CD3 +,CD4 +,CD4+/CD8+ and NK levels were all higher than the control group(P < 0.05).(4)In the observation group,the incidence of bacterial infection,fungal infection and pathogenic bacteria was 52.78%,compared with 38.88% in the control group(P < 0.05).(5)There was no statistically significant difference between the two groups in the treatment of 3 courses of hematological toxicity and gastrointestinal reaction(P>0.05).The incidence of oral toxicity was lower than the control group(P < 0.05).(6)All patients in the observation group and the control group were followed up.The RFS in the observation group was 22.0 months after treatment,and the median overall OS was 11.0months,which was higher than the control group RFS was 11.0 months and the median OS was 10.0 months.Conclusion:Fluorine dara marina joint cytarabine used in patients with acute myeloid leukemia is helpful to improve the clinical curative effect,improve the IGF-1,LIF level,and the union of the drug use,help to improve the body lymphocyte levels after treatment rate and low incidence of adverse reaction,is worthy of popularization and application.
