Objective:To investigate the correlation between the expression of PD-L1 in tissue and the proportion of lymphocyte subsets in peripheral blood of the patients with NSCLC.Methods:Collected in October 2016 to March 2018 big hospitals in Shanxi Province was 69cases of NSCLC patients who meet the requirements of(at the same time the PD-1/PD-L1 inspection and peripheral immune)(19 cases of patients with lung adenocarcinoma,50 cases of lung squamous carcinoma),discuss the PD-L1 expression in cancer tissue and peripheral blood of CD3~+?CD4~+?CD8~+?CD19~+?NK cells in peripheral blood,and analyze the PD-1 expression and CD3~+?CD4~+?CD8~+?CD19~+?NK cells express,and analysis of various indicators and the patient's age,gender,pathological type,smoking status,the relationship between clinical stage.Results:1.There was no significant correlation between PD-L1 and age,gender,smoking status,clinical stage and pathological type(P>0.05);There was no significant correlation between PD-1 and age,gender,smoking status,clinical stage and pathological type(P>0.05).2.The expression of NK cell was different from age(P=0.045),with no significant correlation with gender,smoking status,pathological type and TNM stage(P>00.05).There was no significant correlation between CD3~+?CD4~+?CD8~+and CD19~+cell expression in gender,age,smoking status,pathological type,and TNM stage distribution(P>0.05).3.The expression of PD-L1 was negatively correlated with CD3~+?CD4~+?CD19~+and NK cells(r=-0.260,P=0.031;r=-0.387,P=0.001;r=-0.239,P=0.048;r=-0.590,P=0.000 respectively),positively correlated with CD8~+cell proportion(r=0.606,P=0.000);There was no correlation between the expression of PD-1 and CD3~+?CD4~+?CD8~+?CD19~+and NK cells(r=0.028,P=0.821;r=-0.065,P=0.595;r=0.136,P=0.266;r=0.031,P=0.799;r=-0.150,P=0.219 respectively).Conclusion:The expression of PD-L1/PD-1 in NSCLC tissues was not significantly correlated with age,sex,smoking status,clinical stage and pathological type.The expression of NK cells was different from that of age.Moreover,the expression of PD-L1 was negatively correlated with CD3~+?CD4~+?CD19~+and NK cells,and positively correlated with the ratio of CD8~+cells,so that The joint detection for negative immune mechanism in tumor and the study of the mechanism of the occurrence,development,which is helpful to understand the immune function of patients with non-small cell lung cancer,to look for specific immunotherapy for non-small cell lung cancer and prognosis evaluation provides a new reference.
