Objective: To understand the disease control of bronchial asthma patients in a hospital in Beijing, and to compare the basic conditions of patients with uncontrolled, partial control and complete control groups and the differences in disease-related conditions, and to analyze the impact of disease control on patients with bronchial asthma.Factors provide a scientific basis for the development of appropriate interventions for asthma patients in China,as well as programs to improve the level of disease control in asthma patients. Methods: A total of 202 patients with bronchial asthma who were diagnosed with bronchial asthma at a hospital in Tongzhou District,Beijing, from October 2017 to May 2018 were enrolled.Collect basic information of patients, allergens, family history, etc.,and obtain relevant information through the drug compliance test questionnaire and the asthma control self-evaluation test questionnaire.Data entry was performed using Epidata 3.1,and statistical analysis was performed on the data using IBM SPSS 22.0 statistical software. The categorical variables are described by frequency and composition ratio(rate),and the continuity variables are described by(`x ± S).The disease control level was ordered and the difference test between groups was performed by rank sum test.Ordered multivariate logistic regression was used to analyze the influencing factors of asthma control levels. The test level was ? < 0.05.Results: 1.A total of 202 subjects were included in the study, including 130 males(64.36%)and 72 females(35.64%);the average age was 59.00±14.00 years.According to theasthma control test score, they were divided into uncontrolled group(75 cases, accounting for 37.13%),partial control level group(107 cases, accounting for 52.97%),and complete control level group(20 cases, accounting for 9.90%).The differences in residence, medical expenses, family monthly income per capita, and family living area in the control of bronchial asthma patients were statistically significant(P<0.05).However,gender,occupation,education,marital status, asthma course, and inhalation medications did not show statistical differences;2.Univariate analysis showed that smoking history, winter heating method, excessive physical labor, and allergies to pets were the influencing factors of bronchial asthma control level(P<0.05).However,whether drinking, family history of asthma, history of allergic rhinitis, history of drug or food allergy, presence or absence of allergen testing is not a factor in the control of bronchial asthma(P>0.05);3.Patients with good medication compliance of the 148 patients(73.27%),36(17.82%)had moderate compliance and 18(8.91%)had poor compliance;there was no statistical difference between medication adherence and asthma control in bronchial asthma patients(P>0.05);4.The level of asthma control in patients with a living area of m80 m2 was partially controlled or uncontrolled.4.24 [1.575,11.867] times of patients with m2;the probability of partially or uncontrolled asthma levels was 8.331 [1.535,45.213] times for patients at their own expense compared with patients with medical insurance;excessive physical labor is asthma The likelihood of a partially or uncontrolled level of asthma in a predisposing patient is 3.901 [1.711,8.893] times;the likelihood of a partially controlled or uncontrolled level of asthmatic allergic to a pet is an asthma patient who is not allergic to the pet.5.229 [1.639,16.676] times;partially controlled or uncontrolled levels of collectively warmed asthma may be 0.374 [0.154,0.909] for self-heating asthma patients. Conclusions: 1.37.13% of 202 asthma patients did not reach the control level,52.97% was the partial control level,9.90% was the complete control level;2.The people who in the small living area,self-funded the medical expenses, and induced by excessive physical labor or asthma caused by pet allergies are at risk of poor asthma control.Patients with these characteristics should focus on strengthening the control of asthma;3.The use of collective heating contributes to the control of asthma levels, and it is recommended that asthma patients use collective heating instead of self-heating.
