Analysis Of Hypertension Prevalence And Related Influencing Factors In A Community Based On Health Management

Hypertension is one of the most common chronic diseases,which often causes cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases.It is a common chronic disease threatening the health of urban and rural residents in China.Therefore,it is of great significance to pay attention to and strengthen the prevention and treatment of hypertension in community population.To clarify the prevalence of hypertension in community and analyze the influencing factors related to hypertension.Objective:To investigate the status of hypertension in a community of Qiqihar City,and to analyze the prevalence of hypertension and its related factors.So as to provide a reference for the prevention and treatment of hypertension.Methods:A series of methods were used to investigate the prevalence of hypertension in the community,such as consulting data,interviews,questionnaires and data statistics.901 hypertensive patients who were included in community health management in December 2017 were surveyed by questionnaires and interviewed back.The prevalence and management rate of hypertension in the community and the community were studied respectively.The main measures of health management for hypertensive patients,the investigation of the status quo of hypertensive patients and the evaluation of health management effect are discussed.Result:The total population of the community was 32 702,of which 421 were diagnosed with hypertension,the prevalence rate was 12.91%,1042 were diagnosed with hypertension but not confirmed,and 3745 were included in the community health management of hypertension patients,the management rate was 88.72%.The community carries out health management mainly from the angles of establishing health records,providing community policy guarantee,carrying out health education and training of hypertension prevention and control skills,and providing health-related public information.Health management has played a certain effect on hypertension patients in the community,mainly manifested as before it was incorporated into health management.Compared with the control rate of hypertension,the control rate of hypertension reached 35.63%,which significantly improved the awareness rate of high knowledge,reduced the adverse effects of related behavioral risk factors of hypertension patients,alleviated the clinical symptoms of patients and improved their compliance with medication.Most patients also believed that community health management had played a good role in controlling their condition.The guiding role.Conclusion:Establishing health records,providing community policy guarantees,conducting health education and training of hypertension prevention and control skills,and providing health-related public information can effectively prevent and treat hypertension.With the strengthening of health management,the prevention and treatment effect of chronic diseases such as hypertension has also been improved.
