| ObjectiveIn this study, health education intervention to dental caries, for example, demonstration and application of new students in the university campus physical examination and health management in order to help colleges and universities to take a more targeted education strategy to promote students to establish a correct cognitive attitude,to form good health behaviors, actively participate in personal health care operations.MethodsThe two-stage research design is used. The first stage is to analyze the medical examination data of new students to identify the target group of health education intervention, and the second stage is guided by the theory of knowledge and belief, which has a high incidence and is most likely to see results.Target group students, implement health education intervention based on mobile phone WeChat platform.Firstly,a statistical analysis of the physical examination results of a freshmen(n=19148)in a university in Shenzhen from 2014 to 2016 was conducted. It was found that high-risk groups with high incidence and improvement through health education as soon as possible, this study determined that the high-risk group of caries was the target education object;According to the progressive development characteristics and classification criteria of rickets, the students(n=730)who met the inclusion and exclusion criteria were randomly divided into the control group or the intervention group by random number table method. The intervention group was implemented by using the mobile phone WeChat platform, while the control group only carried out routine health education. Before and after the intervention, the questionnaire was used to investigate the disease.Descriptive statistical analysis was performed with SPSS 22.0 software, and the differences between the two groups before and after intervention were compared by x 2 test and analysis of variance.Results1.Statistical analysis of new physical examination data revealed poor visual acuity(67.46%,12917/19148),dental caries(5.21%,998/19148),obesity(5.05%,967/19148)and adenosine aminotransferase(Glutamic-pyruvic transaminase,ALT)Anomalies(1.58%,303/19148)are the four health problems with the highest prevalence.Among them, the prevalence of rickets was ranked second, and it showed an increasing trend year by year, with a faster increase(P<0.05).The ratio of male to female disease exceeded 2:1.2.The one-way analysis of variance before intervention showed that the scores of rickets and behavioral scores of male and female students were different(P<0.05);the behavioral scores and total scores of urban and rural students were also different(P<0.05).Combined with the analysis of variance of post hoc test of LSD,it was found that the higher the monthly living cost, the higher the health care attitude score, and the difference between them was statistically significant(P<0.05).3.There was no significant difference in the total scores of the questionnaires between the two groups before the intervention, and the scores of each dimension(P>0.05).The scores of the questionnaires and the scores of each dimension after the intervention were significantly improved, and the changes were statistically significant. The significance of learning(P<0.05)indicates that the educational interventions taken have certain positive significance. In the control group, the total scores of the questionnaires(82.74 ± 9.53)(± s)and the scores of each dimension(knowledge:4.34 ± 1.44;attitude:38.79 ± 3.53;behavior:39.61 ± 7.54)were improved(all P<0.05),but the increase was relatively small;further analysis found that only 1 of the 13 healthy behavioral items(ie,no smoking per day)showed significant changes(P<0.05),and the remaining changes were not statistically significant(P>0.05),indicating that the regular education law has little effect on behavioral changes. The total scores of the knowledge-based questionnaires of the intervention group(95.01 ± 14.791)and the scores of each dimension(knowledge:5.96 ± 1.483;attitude:41.62 ±3.331;behavior:47.42 ± 11.605)were significantly different(P<0.05),and The 13 behavioral items showed significant improvement(P<0.05),indicating that the health education intervention based on WeChat platform had a positive impact on all aspects of students’ knowledge.4.Student scores are divided into four grades according to the scores of sputum knowledge,(A grade score is 100-85 points,B grade scores 84-70 points,C grade scores 69-50 points,D grade scores 49-25 points). The scores of the D scores before intervention were not significantly changed after the intervention(P>0.05),while the scores of the other three grades were significantly increased after intervention(P<0.05).There was no significant statistical difference in the scores of the scores of the two groups before the intervention(P>0.05),but after the intervention, the number of students in each grade was different(P<0.05),and the number of students in the intervention group was 32.33.%,118/365)exceeded the control group, but the number of students with grade B(49.86%,182/365)and grade C(16.99%,62/365)was less than that of the control group(P<0.05),suggesting that the intervention group students The increase in knowledge lines exceeded the control group.ConclusionThe results of physical examinations for freshmen in colleges and universities can help identify and ident.ify high-risk groups for health, thus providing reference for targeted educational interventions during school hours.Health education with popular social media mobile applications(such as WeChat)can help improve The Zhixinxing, which focuses on the prevention and treatment of rickets, provides a practical basis for the school to continuously improve the educational interventions that can meet the specific health needs of students. It also provides guidance for students to enhance their self-care awareness and form healthy behaviors. |
