| ObjectiveRecent studies show that radiation can break the immune microenvironment of tumor patients,and immune therapy can improve the immune function of cancer patients,a combination of both can improve symptoms,improve the quality of life and prolong the survival.Through the study of advanced non-small cell lung cancer(non-small cell lung cancer,NSCLC)of three-dimensional conformal radiotherapy combined with autologous immunotherapy for patients,autologous immunotherapy in conformal radiotherapy curative effect,in the process of feasibility and safety.MethodsThree dimensional conformal completion of autologous immune cells collected before radiotherapy,radiotherapy began to lose CIK immune cells(1 weeks after cell infusion for 1 weeks);two groups of patients after radiotherapy 40Gy/20F review of CT,and to strengthen the position before radiotherapy,after radiotherapy after 40Gy/20F,January,March,6 months for strengthening CT examination(all patients completed radiotherapy;50-60Gy)were observed in patients with KPS score and radiotherapy adverse reaction during radiotherapy;all patients were detected in T cell subsets before radiotherapy and after radiotherapy of peripheral blood.Results1.Radio therapy in patients with 2 cases of complete remission,partial remission in 12 cases,5 cases,the total effective rate was 52.78%(19/36);combination group in 3 cases of complete remission,partial remission in 13 cases,7 cases were stable,the total effective rate was 67.65%(23/34);the total efficiency of two groups had no significant difference(P>0.05).2.The combined group was superior to radiotherapy group(P<0.05).3.3 or more adverse reactions were not found in the radiotherapy group and combined group,combined group reaction mucocutaneous reactions and blood system of patients after treatment the incidence was significantly higher than that of radiotherapy group(P<0.05),but the two groups of patients with radiation esophagitis and pneumonitis incidence differences were not statistically significant(P>0.05).4.After the treatment of radiotherapy group CD3+,CD4+,CD8+,NK,gamma delta T cells was significantly lower than that before treatment(P<0.05),the combined group of CD3+,CD4+,CD8+,NK,gamma delta T cells was significantly higher than that before treatment(P<0.05);combined treatment gamma delta T cells were significantly higher than the radiotherapy group(P<0.05).group CD3+,CD4+,CD8+,NK,Conclusions1.Three dimensional conformal radiotherapy combined with autologous immunotherapy can not significantly improve the short-time efficacy of advanced NSCLC patients compared with radiotherapy alone;2.Three dimensional conformal radiotherapy combined with autologous immunotherapy can improve the symptoms of patients and improve the life quality of patients;3.Three dimensional conformal radiotherapy combined with autologous immunotherapy can reduce the adverse effects of radiotherapy and improve the tolerance of patients,so that patients can successfully complete the radiotherapy plan;4.Autoimmune therapy can significantly improve the immune function of patients,and enhance the immune anti-tumor activity. |
