In recent years,our country's economy and society has been improved dramatically,and the reform of the medical and health system has been continuously deepen.Medicaltechnology and services have been greatly improved.However the high-risk characteristics of the medical industry have not changed.Medical insurance system imperfect,medical service limitations,public hospital public welfare and the awareness of the rights of the people,etc..All of these have increased the contradiction between doctors and patients,and lead to loss of trust between them.Even led to doctor-patient conflicts,violent wounds,etc..These have seriously affected the development of social stability,people's health and medical-health care in China.Today,Hainan Free Trade Zone construction continues to deepen.The medical-health market is gradually opening up.As a hospital,how to ease the contradiction between doctors and patients,increase the trust between them.How to design a health service model that is compatible with social development.How to further improve their internal management for providing more efficient,convenient and better medical services to patients.How to build Harmony doctors-patients relationship,etc..All has become a major task facing the survival and development of hospitals.This paper selects the First Affiliated Hospital of Hainan Medical University as a sample for empirical investigation.I surveyed the doctors and patients in the hospital on the status quo of the doctor-patient relationship and the medical service experience.Among them,348 valid questionnaires were collected by the doctors,and 205 valid questionnaires were collected by the patients.Based on the analysis of the survey results,I have summarized the medical factors and analyzed the problem and causes of the disharmony between doctors and patients in the First Affiliated Hospital of Hainan Medical University.Finally,based on the management theory,I applied some strategies for optimizing hospital internal management to help build a harmonious relationship between doctors and patients.This paper consists of four chapters,including:First,describe the background and significance of the research,include the introduction of the current situation and the characteristics of doctor-patient relationship in China.Explain the current status of research at home and abroad.The research methods in this paper include literature research method,questionnaire survey method and interview method,case analysis method,etc..Second,I discussed the concepts related to doctor-patient relationship.Third,I introduce the status quo of doctor-patient relationship in Hainan Province.I elaborate the results of the investigation on the status of doctor-patient relationship in the First Affiliated Hospital of Hainan Medical University,and finds the hospital management problems and causes of the tension between doctors and patients.Fourth,I use the Balanced Score Card theory to clarify the hospital management pattern.Then based on the result of my research,I use Six Sigma Management theory,Balint group,Non-profit Organization Management theory,Crisis Management theory,etc.to propose optimization and reform of hospital internal management and build a harmonious relationship between doctors and patients.
