Objective:To study the esophageal motility characteristics of patients with gastroesophageal reflux disease(GERD)in high resolution manometry(HRM).Method:Review from January 2016 to December 2017,in the people's Hospital of the Xinjiang Autonomous Region medical and/or treatment and/or hospitalization in 30 healthy high resolution manometry subjects of clinical data,at the same time,in strict accordance with the inclusion and exclusion criteria, screening and analysis of 92 cases of patients with GERD high resolution manometry data were compared between the 2 groups of HRM data 92 cases of GERD;and HRM in patients with esophagel morphology, esophageal dynamics parameters were compared for different gender and weight.Result:In this study,30 healthy subjects and 92 cases of GERD LES center,LES length,LES resting pressure average value, residual average value,DCI,CFV,DL and esophageal peristalsis, there were no statistically significant differences,P were higher than 0.05;the success rate of GERD patients swallowing liquid decreased esophageal peristalsis was abnormal, the swallowing and small peristaltic break is more common;different gender of GERD patients were compared HRM parameters, the male patients with GERD LES,the center position of the esophageal length parameters than female GERD patients, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);numerical male GERD with LES length parameter although compared with the female GERD patients, but the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05);male GERD CFV parameters in patients with numerical than female GERD patients, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);female patients with GERD value of the IBP parameter than male GERD patients, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);male patients with GERD synchronous contraction than female GERD patients, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);but the 2 group LES resting pressure average value, residual average value,DCI,DL,large and small peristaltic peristaltic break interruption and swallowing, there were no statistically significant differences,P are greater than 0.05;comparing different weight of GERD patients in HRM parameters,DL GERD compared with obese patients the normal weight of GERD patients is low,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The study found that GERD patients with esophageal dynamics parameters are not specific, part of the HRM data is not sufficient to change the diagnosis of GERD,but found that there are differences in patients with GERD esophageal kinetic parameters of different gender and weight, for the following further research reference.
