Purpose:The purpose of this topic is to observe the clinical effect of acupuncture in the treatment of senile incontinence by acupuncture, and to elucidate the mechanism of acupuncture in the treatment of senile incontinence, and to provide some basis for the clinical application of acupuncture in the treatment of senile incontinence.Method:In this study,72 patients(all of whom met the criteria for inclusion and exclusion)were randomly grouped into two groups:the treatment group and the control group. The therapeutic group was compared with the control group of ear point pressure beans combined with pelvic floor muscle function training to observe the curative effect of senile incontinence before and after treatment. The score standard was based on the ICIQ-SF-Chinese table for symptom score. After 8 weeks of follow-up,the two groups of patients with urinary incontinence symptoms were scored again during follow-up,so that the recurrence of urinary incontinence symptoms after the treatment of the two groups was compared, and the long-term treatment effect of the two groups of treatment methods was evaluated.Result:1.The total number of patients was 72(36 cases in the treatment group and 2 cases fell off;In the control group, there were 36 cases and 2 cases fell off. Before the treatment, baseline data(sex, age, course, disease related history, summary score of the questionnaire on clinical symptoms of urinary incontinence)were compared. The results showed that there was no significant difference between the two groups.P>0.05,Indicates that there is comparability between the two groups.2.The overall efficiency of the treatment group was compared with that of the control group. The overall efficiency of the treatment group was 88.24 and that of the control group was 85.29.There was no significant difference in the overall efficiency between the two groups,P>0.05,and the total efficiency of the two groups was not comparable.3.After the treatment and before the treatment, the clinical symptoms of urinary incontinence in the treatment group and the control group were improved, and P was 0.05.There were statistical differences before and after the treatment, indicating that the two treatment methods were effective. After the treatment, there was no significant difference between the two groups in the clinical symptom score of urinary incontinence,P>0.05.4.Comparison of recurrence rate of urinary incontinence in two groups after 8 weeks follow-up,P>0.05,indicating that the total recurrence probability after the two groups is similar, there is no statistical difference, but the two groups of symptoms score mean comparison, the treatment group is lower than the control group, there is a difference, indicating that the treatment group to reduce the recurrence symptoms of urinary incontinence patients is slightly better than the control group. The results showed that the treatment group was more prominent than the control group in ensuring better long-term treatment. Conclusion:Acupuncture therapy for senile urinary incontinence and auricular pressure bean combined with pelvic floor muscle function training for senile urinary incontinence has similar overall effect.Acupuncture therapy for improving urinary incontinence symptoms is similar to auricular pressure bean combined with pelvic floor muscle function training, but In the case of recurrent urinary incontinence symptoms,The treatment group is better than the control group, and it can be concluded that the treatment group is better than the control group in terms of improving urinary incontinence symptoms and reducing relapse rate. The long-term effect is better and it is worth clinical promotion. |
