Abstract/Summary:
Gait is one of the most basic modes of human movement,which is coordinated by bone,muscle and nervous system.However,the consistency of neuromuscular system will be destroyed due to normal aging,neurasthenic diseases and other physiological changes,thereby reducing the motor ability of lower limbs and even forming severe motor dysfunction.The research on the evaluation method of motor function has important application value in the fields of kinematics,rehabilitation for the disabled and quantitative evaluation of walking function reconstruction.The main work of this paper is as follows:(1)The gait acceleration of the human body was collected and preprocessed,including the calibration of the acceleration signal,the pose correction and the denoising process,which ensures the accuracy of the gait acceleration information for the evaluation of the lower limb motor function.(2)For the three-dimensional motion characteristics of the human body,the autocorrelation analysis was introduced in this thesis to calculate the symmetry and regularity of gait in front,back and vertical axis.Then we discussed the influence of walking speed and single lower limb load on human gait.The results show that walking speed and lower limb load have independent and interactive effects on the gait of lower limb movement,in which the vertical axis of the human body is more affected.(3)Considering the characteristics of the bipedal movement alternately,comprehensive consideration of left and right sides of the gait acceleration phase and similarity.An evaluation method of gait trend symmetry was introduced based on regression and feature vector,compared with normal walking and lower limb loaded walking.Tendency symmetry index can quantitatively evaluate the lower limb gait.(4)According to the difference of gait data of different body parts,a gait correlation analysis method was introduced based on improved cross-correlation principle to discuss the influence of hip joint,knee joint and ankle joint on the lower limb movement.The results show that the restriction of knee joint movement does not change the regularity of human gait,but reduce the symmetry of gait.The limitation of unilateral knee joint and ankle joint will reduce the correlation of bilateral hip joint,knee joint and ankle joint,and have the most impact on the knee joint.Based on the gait acceleration signal in human walking,this dissertation systematically evaluates the motor function from the symmetry,regularity,correlation and trend symmetry of lower limb gait The results are of great significance for objective evaluation of motor function and effective rehabilitation evaluation of lower limb motor ability.
