| Objective:Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Chaihu Xiaoyin decoction in treating psoriasis due to blood stasis and the changes of anxiety and depression in patients before and after treatment.The effect of the main component of Bupleurum Bupleurum a on the model of the guinea pig’s ear psoriasis induced by propranolol was analyzed by the experimental study.Study on the mechanism of Bupleurum chinense in the treatment of psoriasis.Method:Clinical study of 80 patients with blood stasis type psoriasis,the patients were randomly divided into 40 cases in the treatment group and 40 in the control group.The treatment group was treated with Chaihu Xiaoyin decoction,while the control group was treated with Xiaoyin granules.Two groups are all cooperated with external Calcipotriol Ointment.The results were analyzed according to the PASI score and the anxiety and depression score of the patients before and after the treatment.Animal experiment study:50 guinea pigs were adapted for 1 weeks,hairing of the auricle of the guinea pig 1 weeks later,After grouping with 5% propranolol ointment in guinea pig ear for 4 weeks,animal model of guinea pig’s ear psoriasis,post group administration,6 weeks in a row.The selection of the tissue from the ear of the guinea pig.Baker method was used to score the pathological tissue of the ear of guinea pig.Results:The results of clinical study:The total effective rate of the treatment group was 92.50%,the control group was 77.50%.The total effective rate of the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).The two groups had statistically significant difference in PASI score and anxiety and depression scores(P<0.05).And the treatment group was better than the control group.Animal experiment results:each group of Bupleurum saponins a could reduce the score of Baker tissue,there was no statistical difference between groups of concentration groups(P>0.05).The results showed that Bupleurum saponins a could reduce the pathological score of the guinea pig’s psoriasis model and have no obvious concentration dependence.Conclusion:Chaihu Xiaoyin decoction can reduce emotional anxiety and depression score and PASI score of patients with blood stasis syndrome of psoriasis.The main medicine in the main components of Bupleurum saikosaponin a can improve psoriasis like pathological changes of guinea pig ear tissue.The mechanism may be mediated by inhibiting the hyperkeratinization of epidermal cells,inhibiting cell proliferation and alleviating the inflammatory response of local tissues. |
