Effect Of Acupoint Sticking Combined With Chinese Medicine To The Life Quality Of Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease Associated With Pulmonary Fibrosis Patients

Objective:To observe the improvement of Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease associated with Pulmonary Fibrosis patients' living quality treated with application of acupoint application with Chinese medicine,evaluate its feasibility,security and effectiveness,in order to provide a more safe,simpler and effective clinical treatment scheme.Methods: Subjects were included in 60 patients with standard,were randomly divided into Chinese medicine group of 30 patients with Chinese medicine and acupoint application combined with Chinese medicine group of 30 cases,after a course of treatment,To analyze the change of traditional Chinese medicine symptom integral and SGRQ scores.Results:1.Comparison of SGRQ scores,both groups were effective(P<0.05);In comparison,there was no significant difference in SGRQ score between groups(P>0.05),but the score of the treatment group was less than that of the control group,and the improvement of activity ability was most obvious.2.Comparison of TCM symptom scores,both groups were effective(P<0.05);Comparison of the difference between TCM syndrome differentiation and the treatment group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).3.The effective rate of the treatment group was 86.33%,while the control rate was 76.67%,and there was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion: The therapeutic effect of acupoint application with combined Chinese medicine on patients was better than that of Chinese medicine group,especially in influencing patients' ability of activity.And the treatment is simple and inexpensive,high safety and worth promoting.
