Objective:To investigate the correlation between CT pulmonary embolism index and coagulation function and blood gas analysis in patients with COPD complicated with pulmonary embolism. Methods:retrospective analysis was performed on 87 cases of clinically diagnosed COPD patients with pulmonary embolism diagnosed by CTPA.Pulmonary artery occlusion was evaluated by CT pulmonary artery embolism index, and coagulation and blood gas were collected, including coagulation function?PT,TT,APTT,FIB,d-dimer?,and arterial blood gas?PaCO2,PaO2,SaO2 and P?A-a?O2?;Spearman correlation coefficient was used to evaluate the correlation between embolism index and coagulation and blood gas analysis index.Eighty-seven patients with COPD complicated with pulmonary embolism were further divided into severe group and non-severe group through clinical evaluation, and t test was used to evaluate the statistical differences between CT embolism index, coagulation function and arterial blood gas analysis indexes between the two groups. Results:the correlation between embolization index and PaCO2and d-dimer was statistically significant?P<0.05?.There was no significant difference in pulmonary embolism index and PaCO2 level between severe group and non-severe group?P>0.05?.The levels of PaO2,SaO2 and P?A-a?O2 were statistically significant?P<0.05?.The levels of PT and D-dimer were statistically significant?P<0.05?.Conclusion:the comprehensive analysis of pulmonary embolism index, coagulation function and blood gas analysis index has certain clinical value in the diagnosis and evaluation of COPD combined with pulmonary embolism. |
