FBXW7 Protein Expression In Esophageal Cancer And Its Clinical Significance

Objective:To investigate the expression of F-box WD domain protein 7(FBXW7)in the esophageal cancer and its correlation with clinicopathological characteristic of esophageal cells and to preliminary explore the relationship between FBXW7 and esophageal cancer.Methods:To collect the first affiliated hospital of xinjiang medical university,69 cases of patients with esophageal cancer tissue adjacent to carcinoma specimens by the immune group chemical staining method to detect FBXW7 protein expression in the tissue adjacent to carcinoma and its situation,chi-square analysis FBXW7 protein expression cancer relationship,study FBXW7 expression in level in esophageal tissue`s relationship with clinical feature.Results:FBXW7 protein expression in esophageal cancer cells positive rate was 66.7%.the positive expression rate of tissue adjacent to carcinoma was 31.9%.FBXW7 protein positive expression squamous carcinoma tissues was higher than tissue adjacent to carcinoma,the difference was statistically significant(x2=18.131,P<0.05).FBXW7 protein expression rate in esophageal cancer and age differentiation degree,infiltration degree and closely related to lymph node metastasis(P<0.05).It has nothing to do with gender.Conclusion: The expression level of FBXW7 is possible related to the development of esophageal cancer.
