Objective:By comparing the polymorphism of CYP2d6 * 10 and CYP2d6 * 5gene in patients with non-small cell lung cancer(NSCLC)treated with epidermal growth factor receptor(EGFR)-tyrosinase inhibitors and thouse without liver damag e,the relationship between CYP2d6 * 10 and CYP2d6 * 5 gene polymorphism an d the liver damage after Gifetinib and Erlotinib was explored. Methods: polymeras e chain reaction-restriction fragment length polymorphism(PCR-RELP)method was used to detect the distribution of CYP2d6*10 and CYP2d6*5 genotype and allele frequency in patients with non-small cell lung cancer(NSCLC)treated in our hospital from June 2016 to January 2018.After the first generation of targeted drugs(Gifetinib,Erlotinib)was used, the distribution of CYP2d6*10 and CYP2d6*5 genotype and allele frequency in patients with drug induced liver injury and no drug induced liver injury were detected. Results:There were significant differenc e(P < 0.05)in genotype distribution and allele frequency between patients with an d without liver damage.Conclusion:CYP2D6 gene polymorphism can be used to g uide clinical drug use in patients with non-small cell lung cancer.
