Study On Business Model Of "Internet +medical" Enterprise

With the development and progress of society,people’s living standards are gradually improving,people’s average life expectancy is gradually increasing,and the aging problem is becoming more and more serious,which leads to the growing demand for health care.Traditional medical resources have been unable to meet people’s health needs.The emergence of “Internet + medical” has provided a new way of thinking for people to meet the demand for medical treatment.In recent years,with the “Internet +medical”vigorously promoted in our country,“Internet + medical” enterprises have been developing vigorously.However,there are some problems in the current“Internet + medical” enterprises,such as serious homogenization,low level of technology and insufficient service capability.In the face of these problems,we need to find a good business model to solve,so that “Internet + medical” can become more and more better.This paper try to solve the above problems with the follow method.At first,analyzes the pain problems of traditional medicine in patients,doctors,hospitals and so on,introduces the business model,innovation theory,TCH business model theory,and the nine element theory of business model.And then,analyzes the development status of Internet + medical care in China,focusing on the classification of business model,and through related theories and PEST methods analyze the current situation of“Internet + medical” in China.And next,analyze the business model of the company“Ping An Good Doctor”,and find out the shortcomings.Combined with the relevant innovation theory,we put forward suggestions for optimization and draw some inspiration from them.Finally,we will make some suggestions to improve the “Internet+ medical” enterprise’s business model.Finally we believe that if “Internet + medical” enterprises want to solve both practical problems and rapid development,it need to focus on business model innovation,pay attention to online and offline integration development,focus on differentiated services,and highlight the “Internet + medical” service capabilities.
