Objective:Using data mining technology to analayze the characteristics of Hezigao Compound?Triphala?and explore the core drug and their dose ratio.To observe the effects of three core drugs and their combinations on energy metabolism related factors in normal rats,and analyze their action trends and characteristics,so as to provide data reference for better guiding clinical rational drug use and drug research.Methods:Screening qualified prescriptions,collecting information and entering data,using SPSS18.0 to cluster analysis of high-frequency drugs and the prescriptions,and excavating the core combination of drugs;Preparing the drug solution and intragastric administration for 30 days,observe the body weight changes of rats,measure the Na+-K+ATPase,Ca2+-Mg2+ATPase and succinate dehydrogenase?SDH?activity,hepatic glycogen?HG?content in liver tissue.Detecting the plasma triiodothyronine?T3?,tetraiodothyronine?T4?,thyroid stimulating hormone?TSH?content.Results:83prescriptions involving 151 kinds of medicinal materials,Terminalia chebula Retz.,Phyllanthus emblica Linn.,Terminaliae Belliricae Fructus are the core medicines,and the dosage ratio was 1:1:1.10 kinds of medicinal materials such as Rosa rugosa Thunb.,Cuscuta chinensis Lam.,Folium Sennae,Operculina turpethum?Linn.?S.Manso Foeniculum vulgare Mill.,Lavandula angustifolia Mill.,Polypodiode snipponica?Mett.?Ching.,Coriandrum sativum L.,Euphorbia humifusa Willd.et Schlecht.and Plumbago zeylanica L.are high-frequency secondary drugs.Core drugs and different drug combinations perform different functions and indications.The clinical application is extremely extensive,covering more than 60 kinds of diseases.Among them,dyspepsia,gastroenteritis,hemorrhoids,neurasthenia,headache and constipation are the most common diseasess.In the animal experiment,the core drug combination group and the Phyllanthus emblica Linn group inhibited the natural weight gain of the normal rats after administration.On the 31st day after administration,compared with the control group,the activities of Na+-K+ATPase,Ca2+-Mg2+ATPase in liver tissue were significantly increased in Terminalia chebula Retz.,Terminaliae Belliricae Fructus,Phyllanthus emblica Linn.and the core drug combination group.The activity of SDH was significantly increased in the core drug combination group,but had no effect on liver glycogen and plasma T3,T4 and TSH.The contents of T3,T4 and TSH were significantly increased in the Terminaliae Belliricae Fructus group.Conclusions:In this study,the core combination of Hezigao compound?Triphala?and its compatibility were preliminarily studied by applying data mining techniques such as cluster analysis.The three core drugs may further enhance the activity of Na+-K+ATPase,Ca2+-Mg2+ATPase and SDH by combination,thereby promoting the energy metabolism of the liver,but have little effect on plasma T3,T4 and TSH.It suggests that the mechanism of Hezigao compound affecting energy metabolism may be independent of the thyroxine pathway and needs further study.
