Preliminary Study On The Establishment Of Others-evaluation Index System Of Nursing Staff's Scientific Research Ability

Objective To construct another-evaluation index system of nursing scientific research ability in line with China's national conditions,to provide a basis for measuring nursing scientific research ability of nurses in China,to provide guidance for carrying out education and training of nursing scientific research ability,and to provide a reference for establishing a unified standard of nursing scientific research ability.Method By using the methods of literature analysis,connotation analysis,semi-structured interview and theoretical analysis,the other-evaluation index system of nursing staff's scientific research ability was constructed and a consultation table was made.30 specialists with high level in nursing education,nursing scientific research,clinical nursing and nursing management from different regions and levels were selected for consultation.Delphi expert consultation method was used to screen the initial indicators.Then the weights of indicators were further determined by analytic hierarchy process.Nursing staff were carried out by statistical methods such as Cronbach coefficient and correlation coefficient.The reliability and validity of the evaluation index system of scientific research ability are tested,and the evaluation index system is finally established.Result (1)The basic framework of other-evaluation index system for scientific research ability of nursing staff: After two rounds of feedback from expert consultation letters,the basic framework of other-evaluation indicators for nurses' scientific research ability was established,which included scientific research topic selection ability,reference management ability,scientific research implementation ability and scientific research achievements transformation ability as the first-level indicators;further,it was divided into 16 second-level indicators and 33 third-level indicators.After two rounds of expert consultation,the statistical results of index assignment show that the trend of concentration is more and more obvious,the coefficient of variation is smaller and smaller,and the coefficient of coordination is larger and larger.This shows that consultant experts approve the evaluation indicators set in this study.(2)Weight value of evaluation index of scientific research ability of nurses at all levels: According to the scoring data obtained by expert consultation,the weight value of evaluation index is determined by AHP analytic hierarchy process.The consistency test coefficient CR < 0.1 indicates that there are no logical errors among the indicators at all levels and the consistency is satisfactory.Conclusion This study has a high response rate and good representativeness and authority.The three-level evaluation index reflects the requirements of nurses' scientific research ability from different aspects and levels.The construction of the other-evaluation index system of nurses' scientific research ability can provide support for understanding and evaluating nurses' scientific research ability,and provide help for further training nurses' scientific research ability.
