| Objective: To clarify the curative effect of wind-inducedsquint with pattern of wind triking collateral and to provide new treatment methods for clinical treatment for it,and provide effective treatment for clinical. Methods: The hospitals of Changchun University of Traditional Chinese Medicine were collected from January 2018 to January 2019 in ophthalmology clinics and treatment areas. All the selected cases were in accordance with the diagnostic criteria for the treat ment of wind-inducedsquint with pattern of wind striking collateral.Using a randomized controlled method, the 60 patients were divided into a treatment group(aponeurotic system point-penetratingmethod)and a control group(meridian swift pricking blood therapy),through the recording of diplopia, dizziness, strabismus, nausea, compensated head position treatment Before and after the scores were compared to the therapeutic effects of the two groups, the two groups of efficacy parameters were collected and statistical data were processed. Results: Among the two groups of patients, the total effective rate was 90% in the treatment group and 70% in the control group. There was no statistically significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).The treatment rate of the group before and after treatment was better than that of the control group;the effective rate of the treatment group was 0.53±0.38,and the effective rate of the control group was 0.35±0.38.There was no significant difference between the groups(P>0.05).The data from the four symptoms of dizziness, strabismus, nausea, and compensated head position were statistically significant(P<0.05),suggesting that the treatment group was significantly better than the control in improving the above four symptoms group. Conclusion: 1.The combination of aponeurotic system point-penetratingmethod and compound anisodine is effective in wind-inducedsquint with pattern of wind.2.In this case, the overall efficacy of aponeurotic system point-penetratingmethod and meridian swift pricking blood therapy is similar,no significant difference.3.In the course of treatment, aponeurotic system point-penetratingmethod improves the overall symptom of the patient better than meridian swift pricking blood therapy.4.For the four symptoms of dizziness, nausea, strabismus, and compensated head position in this disease, aponeurotic system point-penetratingmethod is significantly better than meridian swift pricking blood therapy. |
