Objective: By analyzing the clinical data of 127 patients with acute ischemic stroke, the distribution characteristics of TCM syndromes in different infarct sites in the acute phase of ischemic stroke were discussed, and the correlation analysis was further made.Provide a preliminary theoretical basis for clinical diagnosis and treatment,so that Chinese medicine treatment can be further improved while maintaining traditional characteristics. Methods: A cross-sectional survey was conducted to collect common data such as general data, onset time, enrollment time, and imaging examination of 127 patients with acute ischemic stroke during the period from January 2017 to December 1818,according to1996.The TCM syndrome differentiation standard of the "Diagnosis and Efficacy Evaluation Standards for Stroke Diseases(Trial)" formulated by the National TCM Administration of Traditional Chinese Medicine Brain Disease Emergency Research Collaboration Group is carried out by TCM syndrome differentiation. The infarct site was divided according to the anterior and posterior circulation blood supply area. The anterior circulation blood supply area was mostly the proximal segment of the MCA,and a few were cerebral infarction caused by the occlusion of the internal carotid artery siphon segment. The post-circulation blood supply area includes the brainstem, thalamus and cerebellum, and the anterior and posterior circulation of the infarction site is divided. The database is established by SPSS17.0 software for data entry, sorting, statistical processing and analysis of TCM syndrome types of acute ischemic stroke.Correlation of the infarct site.Statistical methods include descriptive statistical analysis,chi-square test, and fisher's exact test analysis. Results: Statistics were performed on 127 TCM syndromes of patients with acute ischemic stroke according to the infarction site before and after the infarction, and the following results were obtained:1.In the acute phase of ischemic stroke, there were 89 cases of infarction in the anterior circulation, accounting for 70.08%,and 38 cases of infarction in the posteriorcirculation, accounting for 29.92%.2.In the patients with acute cerebral infarction before and after circadian circulation, the most common syndromes were not the same. The common syndromes of cerebral infarction in the acute anterior circulation were mainly phlegm and blood stasis syndrome, and 33 cases accounted for 37.1%.Subsequently,a total of 26 cases accounted for 29.2% of the wind-stagnation syndrome, and 21 cases accounted for 23.6% of the wind-fired disturbance syndrome. The proportion of qi-deficiency and blood stasis syndrome,yin-deficiency wind-fighting syndrome and wind-sand-fire syndrome was relatively small; The common syndromes of post-circulation acute cerebral infarction were mainly caused by wind-stagnation syndrome, and 19 cases accounted for 50.0%.Subsequently,12 cases accounted for 31.6% of the wind-stagnation and stagnation syndrome, and 3 cases accounted for 7.9% of the wind-fired disturbance syndrome. The proportion of qi-deficiency and blood-stasis syndrome and yin-deficiency wind-drive syndrome was relatively small. Not appearing. There is a correlation between the TCM syndromes in the acute phase of ischemic stroke and different infarct sites.Among them, there is statistically significant difference between the syndrome of wind-fire and the syndrome of wind-stagnation in the acute cerebral infarction. Conclusion: This article is the correlation between TCM syndromes and different infarct sites in the acute phase of ischemic stroke.Statistical analysis shows that:1.In the acute phase of ischemic stroke, the proportion of cerebral infarction in the acute anterior circulation is greater, which is more common than the acute cerebral infarction in the posterior circulation.2.In the acute cerebral infarction of the anterior circulation, the syndrome of phlegm and blood stasis is more common, and the syndrome of cerebral infarction in the acute cerebral infarction is more common.3.There is a correlation between TCM syndrome type and cerebral infarction in the acute phase of ischemic stroke. This article is only a preliminary exploration, and the exact mechanism remains to be further discussed. The statistical analysis applied in this paper can intuitively reflect the correlation between TCM syndrome differentiation and objective indicators of modern medicine. This has opened up a new direction for the study of TCM syndromes and cerebral infarction, making TCM more scientific.
