Study On Mechanism Of Single Acupoint And Combination Acupoint Of Kidney Deficiency Type Of Retention Of Urine Treated By Acupuncture

Objective: In this study,we used the method of literature mining to screen out the single point with more frequency and the combination of acupoints for the treatment of kidney deficiency type of atresia,and then compared the treatment data.To explore the effect difference of single acupoint and acupoint compatibility in the treatment of kidney deficiency type of atresia,and to provide clinical data for in-depth study of the treatment of kidney deficiency type of atresia.Methods: 72 patients who met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into single point group and acupoint compatibility group,36 cases each.A comparative study.The single acupoint group used the Zhongji acupoint with the highest frequency after data mining statistics,and the acupoint compatibility group used the acupoints of Zhongji,Guanyuan and Sanyinjiao with the highest frequency.The manipulation method was conventional needling,the manipulation was plain tonifying and relieving diarrhea,and the needle was retained for 30 minutes after getting qi.One day a day,one day a week.4weeks is a course of treatment,a total of one course of treatment,respectively observed before and after the treatment of symptoms score reduction,as well as clinical efficacy,and statistical analysis.Results: The total effective rate was 91.67% in the treatment group and 80.56% in the control group.The total effective rate of the treatment group was better than that of the control group.Conclusion: Single acupoint and acupoint compatibility are effective for kidney deficiency type of diarrhea,without adverse reactions.But the therapeutic effect of acupoint compatibility is better than that of Western medicine.It provides accurate clinical data and guiding significance for the treatment of kidney deficiency gallstone.
