Objective: to observe the effects of Yimusuogong granule on vaginal bleeding,estrogen,progesterone,chorionic gonadotropin,uterine wet quality,intimal morphology and histopathological score in rats with incomplete abortion.To explore the mechanism of Yimusuogong granule in promoting uterine regurgitation in rats with incomplete abortion.Methods: fifty pregnant female rats were randomly divided into normal pregnancy group,model group,Yimusuogong granule group,Xinshenghua granule group and oxytocin group.Rats in each group except normal pregnancy group were given mifepristone(8.3 mg/kg)misoprostol(0.1mg/kg)intragastrically on the 7th day of pregnancy to establish the rat model of incomplete abortion.From the 7th day to the 14 th day of pregnancy,the normal pregnancy group was given saline;from the 8th to 14 th day,the model group,the Yimusuogong granule group and the Xinshenghua granule group were given saline,Yimusuogong granule and Xinshenghua granule respectively;the oxytocin group was intramuscular injection oxytocin from the 8th to 10 th day of pregnancy.The vaginal bleeding time was observed,the vaginal bleeding volume was measured,the wet weight of uterus was weighed,the pathological score of uterus was observed,and the serum estrogen(estrogen,E)?progesterone(progesterone,P)and chorionic gonadotropin(chorionic gonadotropin,CG)levels were detected by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(Elisa).Results: the vaginal bleeding time,vaginal bleeding volume and CG in Yimusuogong granule group were lower than those in model group.On the 8th day after abortion,the pathological score of E and uterus in Yimusuogong granule group was significantly higher than that in model group(p < 0.05).The level of CG in Yimusuogong granule group was lower than that in oxytocin group.On the 8th day after drug flow,the level of E and the pathological score of uterus tissue in Yimusuogong granule group were significantly higher than those in oxytocin group(p < 0.05).There was no significant difference in vaginal bleeding time,vaginal bleeding volume,uterine pathological score and E,CG level between Yimusuogong granule group and Xinshenghua granule group(p > 0.05).Conclusion: 1 Yimusuogong granule can reduce vaginal bleeding time,vaginal bleeding volume,reduce CG,to promote villi?decidual tissue excretion,increase the E of the 8th day after abortion,and promote intimal hyperplasia and repair in rats with incomplete abortion,Thus promoting involution of uterus.2 There was no significant difference between Yimusuogong granule group and Xinshenghua granule group.3 Compared with oxytocin group,Yimusuogong granule group decreased the level of CG,increased the level of E on the 8th day after abortion,and increased the pathological score of uterus,It is more effective in promoting involution of uterus.
