Objective: To study the efficacy and safety of fuzheng recipe combined with chemoradiotherapy in the treatment of locally advanced non-small cell lung cancer,and provide feasibility and safety basis for clinical treatment of locally advanced non-small cell lung cancer.Methods:We matched 41 groups of stage IIIa or IIIb non-small cell lung cancer patients with the method of case-matching cohort study.And they were divided into the control group(41 cases)and the study group(41 cases).The study group received fuzheng recipe combined with chemoradiotherapy,while the control group received chemoradiotherapy.Reexamination of chest CT before treatment,after treatment and 1 month after treatment to evaluate the efficacy.Objective remission rate,tumor marker,quality of life score,KPS score,clinical syndrome efficacy and toxicity were observed.1.Patient pairing: from May 2015 to December 2017,a total of 59 patients with locally advanced non-small cell lung cancer received fu zheng recipe combined with chemoradiotherapy,and 42 patients with locally advanced non-small cell lung cancer received single chemoradiotherapy.Sex,age,stage,smoking status,KPS score and pathological type were used as the matching factors.Specific matching factors are as follows: gender,age(same age: 40-49 years old,50-59 years old,60-69 years old,70-79 years old),stage,smoking status(none;),pathology and KPS scores were consistent.The matching was successful in 41 pairs,and one case was unable to be matched due to her young age(the patient was 31 years old).Among the 82 patients,41 received fuzheng recipe combined with chemoradiotherapy,and 41 received single chemoradiotherapy.2.In the control group,41 patients with locally advanced non-small cell lung cancer underwent concurrent chemoradiotherapy.Radiotherapy was used to select intensity-modulated radiotherapy and respiratory gating techniques.Usually,7-9 field irradiations were selected,and the target area was 90%-95%.The dose line is wrapped,each time the dose is 2Gy,5 times a week,the total dose is in the range of 60-66 Gy,and the chemotherapy selects cisplatin combined with Etoposide regimen,intravenous infusion of 25mg/m~2 cisplatin,vein Instilled 1-3 days,and intravenous infusion of etoposide 100mg/m~2,intravenous infusion 1 ~ 3 days.1 course of 3 weeks,a total of 4 courses.On the basis of chemoradiotherapy,the study group was given the treatment of Fuzheng recipe.One week before radiotherapy and chemotherapy,Fuzheng recipe were given orally.After radiotherapy and chemotherapy,the oral Chinese medicine was continued for 3 months.Comparison of the clinical efficacy,post-treatment quality of life scores,KPS score,clinical syndrome efficacy and side effects(radioactive esophagitis,radiation pneumonitis,digestive tract reaction and myelosuppression)in patients with locally advanced non-small cell lung cancer before and after treatment.Results: The study group was superior to the control group in short-term efficacy.Compared with the control group,the mental health,emotional role limitation,social function,vitality,general health,physical pain,physical function and physical function score,KPS score of the study group were significantly higher after treatment(P=0.0003,P=0.0044,P = 0.0000,P = 0.0004,P = 0.0000,P = 0.0000,P = 0.0016,P = 0.0001).Compared with the control group,the clinical syndrome of the study group was better after treatment(P=0.0076).There were no differences in CD3+,CD4+,CD8+ and CD4+/CD8+ levels between the two groups in patients with locally advanced non-small cell lung cancer(p=0.9595,p=0.9691,p=0.9795,p=0.9020).Before the treatment,the control group received CD3+ after treatment.The levels of CD4+ and CD4+/CD8+ decreased significantly,and the level of CD8+ increased significantly.The difference was statistically significant(p=0.0000,p=0.0000,p=0.0014,p=0.0003).CD3+,CD4+,CD8+ and CD4+ before and after treatment in the study group.There was no significant change in /CD8+ level,no statistical significance(p=0.8171,p=0.9036,p=0.9595,p=0.7173).In the comparison group,the CD3+,CD4+ and CD4+/CD8+ levels were significantly decreased after treatment,CD8+ level Significantly increased,the difference was statistically significant(p=0.0000,p=0.0000,p=0.0001,p=0.0019).Compared with the control group,the incidence of radiation pneumonitis and digestive tract reaction was lower in the study group.P = 0.0271,P = 0.0344).There was no difference in the incidence of radiation esophagitis and myelosuppression between the two groups in patients with locally advanced non-small cell lung cancer(P=0.6350,P=0.4323).Conclusion:(1)In the treatment of locally advanced non-small cell lung cancer,Fuzheng lung cancer recipe combined with concurrent chemoradiotherapy has a significant effect,which can effectively alleviate the clinical symptoms and signs of patients,enhance their immune function,and further improve the quality of life of patients and prolong their life cycle.Reduce the incidence of toxic and side effects,and provide a new integrated Chinese and Western medicine treatment idea and direction for the treatment of locally advanced non-small cell lung cancer with Chinese medicine combined with Western medicine.(2)In the treatment of locally advanced non-small cell lung cancer,there is no significant difference in the improvement of radiosity esophagitis and myelosuppression in combination with single concurrent chemoradiotherapy and righting lung cancer.This may be compared with the shorter follow-up time of this study.It is related to a small sample size.
