Objective:The(3-trifluoromethyl)phenyl hydroquinone acrylate monomer(3F-PAc)prepared in the previous stage of the research group was synthesized into a composite resin by a certain ratio.By comparing the antibacterial properties of the resin with the Bis-GMA-based composite resin(negative control group)and the Giomer polymear antibacterial composite resin(positive control group),Streptococcus mutans UA159 was carried out on the photocured surface and the cured resin extract.And the culture of the fluorosis-resistant strain UA159-FR of Streptococcus mutans,and whether it has the clinically required antibacterial effect and whether the effect on the growth of the fluoride-resistant strain is different from that of the parental strain.Based on the results of this experimental data,the purpose of designing and synthesizing composite resins with ideal properties is to pave the way for further performance improvement of 3F-PAc.Methods:The optimum ratio of initiator and diluent was blended into the 3F-PAc monomer,and the 3F-PAc composite resin(3F-PAc group)was synthesized.The Shofu Giomer polymer antibacterial resin(Giomer group)was selected as a positive control group,and Bis-GMA composite resin(Bis-GMA group)was selected as a negative control group.The above three groups of materials were prepared into experimental samples of uniform size and roughness.The UA159 and UA159-FR were resuscitated and cultured to an exponential growth period while the material extract was prepared in a certain ratio.According to the growth curve(relative growth rate and doubling time of bacterial amount)of UA159 and UA159-FR in the composite resin extract,the growth state of the bacteria was judged,and the antibacterial property of the eluate was evaluated.The contact inhibition experiment(colony counting method,absorbance value)Further explore the direct antibacterial properties of the composite resin surface.Briefly,UA159 and UA159-FR were inoculated on the surface of each group of materials for a certain period of time,quantitative analysis of the amount of bacteria on the biofilm formed on the surface of the material,and scanning electron microscopy(SEM)to observe the biofilm growth on the surface of each group of composite resin.Morphology,preliminary investigation of the effect of antibacterial resin surface on bacterial behavior The biofilm growth morphology of the composite resin surface,preliminary investigation of the effect of antibacterial resin surface on bacterial behavior.Results:1.There was no statistical difference between the bacterial growth curves of 3F-PAc and Bis-GMA extracts and the growth curves of the two bacteria in each group(P>0.05),while the Giomer extract was more stable than 3F-PAc.It had obvious antibacterial activity with Bis-GMA(P<0.05)and the antibacterial effect against UA159-FR was stronger than UA159(P<0.05).2.3F-PAc surface biofilm colony formation unit count was lower than Bis-GMA(P<0.05),but higher than Giomer(P<0.05).3.SEM results show that the surface of Bis-GMA composite resin UA159 and UA159-FR form a three-dimensional structure of dense biofilm,and the surface is coated with extracellular matrix;the biofilm formation and bacterial count on the surface of Giomer are less.UA159 biofilm is monolayer,UA159-FR biofilm has not been formed,only the long chain bacteria are scattered;the bacterial biofilm on the surface of 3F-PAc is loose,and the extracellular matrix fails to form a three-dimensional structure,mostly long chain dispersion.Conclusion:1.There was no significant difference between the bacterial growth curve and the negative control group in the 3F-PAc extract(P>0.05),and the bacterial growth rate was significantly higher than that of the positive control group(P<0.05).The results indicated that the 3F-PAc extract No antibacterial property,no antibacterial analysis of 3F-PA composite resin after curing.2.The direct antibacterial performance of 3F-PAc is between Giomer and Bis-GMA.3.3F-PAc impart antimicrobial activity over the monomeric still further modification of the design.
