| Objective:This thesis is aimed to investigate the clinical effect of Buyixinqi treatment for patients with chronic heart failure(CHF)and the blood NT-pro BNP level was used as effect evaluating indicator.Materials and methods:120 patients met with the diagnosis of chronic heart failure criteria were randomly divided into comparative group(conventional anti-heart failure drug therapy)and treatment group(conventional anti-heart failure drugs based on combine Buyixinqi oral liquid treatment),with 60 cases in each group.Patients in both groups took drug for 12 weeks.NT-pro BNP level,LVEDD,LVESD,LVESV,LVEF,6MWT and clinical total effects were compared between these two groups.Results:The clinic treatment results indicated that:(1)Comparing with the control group,the BNP levels,6MWT,LVEDD,LVESD,LVESV,LVEF and the total effective rate of the treatment group were better than that of the control group,and there were significant differences.(2)The blood NT-pro-BNP reduced over 30%comparing with that of patient without Buyixingqi treatment which has also alleviated the suffering of patients.Conclusion:On the basis of the conventional anti-heart failure drugs,combined with Buyixinqi oral liquid on CHF could improve heart function,the clinical symptoms and exercise capacity. |
