Clinical Study On The Treatment Of Motor Dysfunction Of Stroke Hemiplegia With Flow Eight Method

Purpose:According to the lingers stitch the characteristics of the open hole,to observe lingers eight method treating sequela period clinical curative effect of stroke hemiplegia motor dysfunction,so that improve the quality of life in patients with sequela period for acupuncture treatment of stroke hemiplegia movement dysfunction clinical research to provide the reference.Method:From jilin province hospital of acupuncture and encephalopathy treatment area,gather into standard,and at the side of the sequela period primary symptom limb hemiplegia and 60 cases of patients with movement dysfunction,using the random number table method were randomly divided into two groups,one group choose empty into eight method together with the routine acupuncture therapy for the treatment group,another group of choose conventional acupuncture treatment for the control group,30 cases in each group.Data entry and statistical analysis of the two groups were carried out on SPSS22.0 software.The counting data were tested by X2,t test and rank sum test were used for comparison of measurement data,and X2 was used for grade data analysis.In the treatment group,according to the patientfs medical treatment period,the main acupoint was immediately opened with flow eight method and conventional acupuncture was added.The removal of immediate acupoint is the control acupoint,other dialectical acupoints are consistent with the treatment group.The acupuncture method is subject tco the clinical routine acupuncture operation method,1 time/day,6 times/course of treatment,24 times in total.Result:According to the NDS,ADL and fugl-meyer score standards,after 4 courses of treatment,both groups improved,and the total effective rate of the treatment group and the control group was 93.33%and 70.00%respectively,indicating that the former had better efficacy.The three scoring criteria were significantly different between the two groups after treatment and P<0.01(or P<0.05)compared with the two groups.Conclusion:Clinical evidence that the treatment group and control group had better curative effect,but the effect of eight methods of streamer treatment of the disease,limb motor function recovery in patients faster,greatly reduce the inconvenience and pain of the patient’s daily life,so it can be widely used in clinical.
