| Purpose:This study collects the clinical application prescriptions of acupoint application therapy in ancient and modern literature for the treatment of bronchial asthma.With the help of modern data mining technology,the application of acupoints and drugs in the prescription of acupoint application for bronchial asthma is carefully analyzed and integrated,and the modern clinical literature data is used.The main basis of the rule of the drug selection is that the ancient clinical literature data is the auxiliary support of the rule of the selection of the acupoints,and it is an important means to verify the validity of the income rule by the clinical experimental effect.It is a comprehensive and systematic discussion on the acupoint selection and the experience of the treatment of bronchial asthma by acupoint application,and the core rules of the acupoint selection and drug use are excavated.Clinical acupoint application provides strong theoretical support for the selection of bronchial asthma and the application of drugs.Methods:In this study,the prescription and prescription of Acupoint Application in the treatment of bronchial asthma in ancient and modern literature were collected and selected.The use of artificial retrieval and electronic retrieval was combined to analyze the frequency of drug use,the properties of drugs,the classification of drugs and the class of drugs.The regular characteristics of the type and other aspects are analyzed,and the regular characteristics of the frequency of acupoints used,the location of acupoints,the meridians of acupoints,the types of acupoints are analyzed,and the compatibility of the acupoints in the prescription and acupoint prescription in the prescription of medicine is analyzed based on the software of the traditional Chinese Medicine Inheritance auxiliary platform system(V2.5).Rules of association rules and prescriptions.This research project is divided into two parts:the literature theory research and the clinical experiment observation.The study takes,"the rule analysis of the selection of the acupoints of the medicine-making the preferred scheme-the clinical experimental observation verifying-the conclusion" as the main route to study the acupoint selection and medication rules for the treatment of bronchial asthma by acupoint application,and the acupoints are drawn up based on the above rules.In order to verify the validity and reliability of the conclusion of the acupoint application of bronchial asthma,the best prescription for the treatment of bronchial asthma is made by applying the preferred prescription around it to observe the effectiveness of the prescription.Results:1.The study showed that 4013 papers were retrieved and 3910 articles were excluded from the literature,and 3910 articles were excluded.The literature quality evaluation was carried out through the GRADE system,and 103 documents with higher quality were finally included in the study.Through the extraction of information and data,113 prescriptions for acupoint application were extracted,involving 95 flavors of traditional Chinese medicine,and 129 acupoint prescriptions involving 33 acupoints.Drug use frequency analysis results:with mustard,asarum,Euphorbia,Rhizoma Corydalis drugs mostly;drug use type analysis results:expectorant antitussive antiasthmatic drugs,solution table drugs mainly;drug flavor analysis results:the drug is cold,more warm;drug taste to symplectic,bitterness;drug analysis results:with the hand Tai Yin lung meridian The combination of "mustard seed,asarum","Mustard","Asarum","asarum,and sweet" are the most common.The complex network analysis of drug prescriptions:"yerhu,mustard,anara and asarum","yerhu,fine" Xin,Euphorbia and mustard","Euphorbia"," mustard seed,asarum "and so on.The results of the frequency analysis of acupoints:the results of the analysis of the types of acupoints using the type of acupoints,such as backshu point and eight acupoint,analysis results of the points belonging to the waist,back and head,and the analysis result of the meridians of the acupoints:the majority of the foot sun bladder meridian and the appointment vein.Acupoint compatibility analysis:"lung Yu,asthma","lung Yu,Shenshu","lung Yu,plaster","lung Yu,phrenic Shu" are the most common;drug prescription complex network analysis:"big and lung Yu","Feng long and lung Yu","neck hundred and lung Yu","Feng long and lung Yu" are the most common.2.On the basis of the rule of acupoint selection,acupoint application was used to observe the overall clinical effect of bronchial asthma:30 cases were effective cases,1 cases were cured,8 cases were markedly effective,17 cases were effective,4 cases were invalid,the total effective rate was 86.67%,There was significant difference before and after treatment(P=0.00<0.01).The results of day symptom scores of patients with asthma were compared before and after treatment:after treatment,the day symptom score was lower than that before treatment,and there was a significant difference before and after treatment(P=0.003<0,01).The scores of nocturnal symptoms of the patients with asthma were compared before and after treatment:the scores of night symptoms after treatment were lower than those before treatment,and there were statistical significance before and after treatment(P=0.023<0,05).Results of peripheral blood EOS count:after treatment,the night symptom score was lower than that before treatment,and there was statistical significance before and after treatment(P=0.012<0.05).Conclusion:1.Acupoint application for bronchial asthma is mainly based on lung Shu,Ding Chuan and Shen Shu.The main drugs are mustard,asarum,Euphorbia,and corydalis.2.Clinically,based on the law of acupoint selection,acupoint application is effective in treating bronchial asthma. |
