The Clinical Study Of Seeking Yang In Kan Acupuncturing Method To Treat Imbalance Between Heart-Yang And Kidney-Yin Type Of Insonia

Objective: The application of this research the acupuncture of seeking Yang in Kan method to treat imbalance between Heart-yang and kidney-yin type of insonia.Observe its curative effect and further study on the mechanism of acupuncture in the treatment of insomnia.Enriching and perfecting the theory of "seeking Yang in Kan",to provide basic clinical efficacy observation data support for clinical treatment of insomnia with Heart-yang and kidney-yin.Methods:The 60 patients were divided into two groups with 30 patients in each group:treatment group seeking Yang in Kan and control group,Western medicine teamtment.Treatment group prescription: zhiYin?fuliu?taixi?zhongfeng?shenmen?wangu;The observation group for western medicine estazolam and Oryzanol.By making the statistics of Pittsburgh sleep quality index(PSQI)scale,we can compare the two groups before and after treatment on sleeping quality.Results:(1)Compared before and after the acupuncture treatment group,there were significant differences in the observation index scores of PSQI(P<0.05).(2)Compared with the western medicine group before and after treatment,sleep quality,sleep time,fall asleep time,sleep efficiency,daytime dysfunction and total score 6 items(P<0.05),the difference was statistically significant.(3)Compared before and Follow-up period the acupuncture treatment group,there were significant differences in the observation index scores of PSQI(P<0.05).(4)In the western medicine group,the scores of the follow-up period were P>0.05,and there was no significant difference.(5)There was no significant difference in the overall effect between the acupuncturegroup and the western medicine group(P>0.05).Conclusions:(1)Both the acupuncture group and the western medicine group were able to treat the heart-yang and kidney-yintype of insonia.(2)Heart-yang and kidney-yin type of insonia clinical symptoms can be obviously improved through the needling therapy with seeking Yang in Kan Acupuncturing.(3)The treatment of insomnia with western medicine has a certain immediate effect.In the long-term effect,the acupuncture group is superior to the western medicine group.
