Easy Cups Treatment Of Kidney Deficiency Blood Stasis Type Knee Osteoarthritis Clinical Observation

Objective: To observe and discuss the clinical effect of acupuncture combined with easy cups on knee osteoarthritis with deficiency of kidney and blood stasis.Methods: 72 patients with knee osteoarthritis of kidney deficiency and blood stasis type who were admitted to the orthopedics ward of the affiliated hospital of traditional Chinese medicine of xinjiang medical university from January 2018 to September 2018 and met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group with 36 cases each.The treatment group was treated with conventional acupuncture combined with esay cups therapy,while the control group was treated with conventional acupuncture,with 6 days as a course of treatment,and 1 day rest after each course of treatment,a total of 2 courses of treatment.The "Lequesne index" KOA severity rating scale,VAS rating scale,knee sign rating scale and social adjustment rating scale were used before and after treatment.Statistical analysis was conducted on the collected data.Results:(1)after treatment,two groups of patients with KOA "Lequesne index" severity score,VAS score scale tip score before treatment were significantly reduced(P < 0.05)and(2)after treatment,the total effective rate of treatment group is 86.11%,control group total effective rate 63.89%,two groups of patients with knee joint symptoms score and clinical efficacy were statistically significant(P < 0.05),psychological and social adaptation score no statistical significance(P > 0.05);(3)during the treatment,there were 3 cases in the treatment group and 2 cases in the control group,and a total of 5 cases of patients with subcutaneous bleeding of the abdomen or knee after needle extraction were timely pressed,without affecting the next treatment.Conclusion: Both acupuncture plus easy cups and conventional acupuncture have certain therapeutic effects on liver-kidney deficiency type knee osteoarthritis,with few adverse reactions and acceptable safety.Compared with conventional acupuncture,the treatment group can walk with easy cups,and the clinical efficacy of acupuncture combined with esay cups is different from that of the control group.
