Objective : To compare the curative effect of titanium mesh bone grafting and allogeneic bone grafting in the treatment of cervical anterior vertebral vertebral subtotal decompression and internal fixation. Methods:A retrospective analysis of 48 patients with cervical spondylotic myelopathy diagnosed as cervical spondylotic myelopathy was performed retrospectively. From July 2015 to September 2017,29 patients underwent subtotal vertebral pedicle decompression and internal fixation. The bone was added to the anterior plate for internal fixation, and 19 cases were treated with titanium mesh bone grafting and anterior plate internal fixation. The basic information such as age, sex, operation time, intraoperative blood loss, surgical segment, and hospitalization time were collected. The Cobb angle and D value and fusion section of the fusion segment were measured by cervical X-ray film taken before and after surgery. The height of the anterior vertebral body(HAB)and the height of the posterior margin(HPB)were used to evaluate the curvature of the cervical vertebrae and the settlement of the fusion of the bone graft. The JOA score was used to evaluate the neurological function, and the parameters were compared between different parameters.t test. Results:Both groups were followed up for12-18 months. There was no significant difference in operation time, intraoperative blood loss and hospitalization time between the two groups. There was no significant difference in the incidence of postoperative complications(P>0.05).The postoperative JOA score was significantly improved compared with preoperative, but the two groups The difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).There was no significant difference in the fusion rate between the two groups(P>0.05).There was significant difference betweenthe preoperative and postoperative Cobb angle and D value(P<0.05).The two groups were preoperative and postoperative. There was a statistically significant difference in HAB,HPB and sedimentation rate between the fusion segments(P<0.05).Conclusion:Titanium mesh and allogeneic bone can be used as bone graft materials for the treatment of cervical anterior vertebral vertebral subtotal decompression and internal fixation. Both of them can restore cervical curvature and maintain intervertebral height. There was no significant difference in aspect, and allogeneic bone was superior to titanium mesh in terms of sedimentation rate.Allogeneic bone has unique advantages in reducing postoperative complications, reducing patient suffering and clinical ease of operation.
