Diffusion Tensor Imaging In Abdomen For The Diagnosis Of Biliary Atresia In Neonate And Infants

Objective:To evaluate the diagnostic value of comprehensive analysis of children's history,blood biochemistry,urine routine,abdominal ultrasound and MRCP in differential diagnosis of biliary atresia(BA).Methods: a retrospective study of 2013 to January 2018 in January to jaundice in dispute cases,235 cases of hospital babies,with intraoperative exploration,intraoperative biliary imaging,clinical effect and liver tissue pathology biopsy as the gold standard,the research object is divided into group and non-BAgroup.Among them,31 cases of BAgroup,15 males and 16 females,age 28d~207d,average(61.13+21.67)d;Non-BA group 204 cases,104 cases of male,female 100 cases,age 20d~150d,GGTP(gamma glutamyl transpeptidase)(GGT),alanine aminotransferase(ALT),aspartate aminotransferase(AST)and alkaline phosphatase(ALP),and routine including colors(F-see colour),fat(ZFD),abdominal ultrasound and MRCP examination results,the survey data into Excel database to carry on the summary,the statistical analysis was carried out on the different indicators,respectively.The sensitivity,specificity,accuracy and diagnostic efficiency of each indicator were compared.Results: the hepatic function index of GGT,TB,DB,ALP,indicators such as BA and group difference was statistically significant in the NBA,and the area under the ROC curve were 0.834,0.688,0.943,0.834,GGT levels in children with different ages BA was statistically significant,BA and NBA stool color and fat ball detection structure is statistically significant,P values are less than0.001,ultrasound examination of liver fiber door piece of TC sign,gallbladder not shown results and MRCP for BA diagnostic sensitivity and specific degree 83%,100%,respectively 48%,98%,96%,57%.Conclusion: BA degree of imaging examination in the differential diagnosis of specific biochemical liver result examination and high sensitivity is higher,so the imaging and laboratory examination method for the diagnosis of BA,can avoid missed diagnosis,can also reduce unnecessary trauma to children,in addition BAchildren GGT level by age factors.
