Objectives:Through the current situation survey,to understand the current situation of students’ health risk behaviors in a health school,to provide a scientific basis for intervening students’ health risk behaviors and promoting students’ health.Method:The students in Yingkou City Health School were selected as the research objects,and the stratified cluster sampling method was used to select the research subjects.A total of 520 students participated in the questionnaire survey.The questionnaire survey was conducted anonymously,using the 2008 national "China Youth Health Related Behavior Questionnaire(High School Edition)"questionnaire(this questionnaire was used nationwide)to conduct surveys.The survey mainly involved seven aspects:That is,1.diet-related behavior;2.lifestyle-related behaviors;3.unintentional injury behavior;4.intentional injury behavior;5.substance abuse behavior;6.mental addiction behavior;7.sexual behavior and AIDS knowledge attitude behavior,using Epidata3.0 software after data collection is completed establishes a database and double-entry data to ensure its accuracy.Statistical analysis of data using SPSS 24.0.Result:1.Basic information:A total of 515 qualifmale ied questionnaires were collected in this study,including 477 female students and 38 students;164 first-year students,168 second-grade students,and 183 third-grade students;47 outstanding academic performances and academic achievements Medium 379,poor academic performance 89.2.Diet-related behaviors:There was a statistically significant difference between male and female reporting rates in the regular consumption of soft drinks,seldom eating breakfast,and frequent Western-style fast food(P<0.05).The male reporting rate was higher than the female reporting rate.There were no significant differences in the rate of other dietary-related behaviors between boys and girls(P>0.05).3.Lack of physical activity:In terms of seldom physical exercise,the difference between male and female reporting rates was statistically significant(P<0.05),and female reporting rate(82.2%)was higher than male reporting rate(50.0%).4.Unintentional injury behavior:There was no significant difference in the reporting rate between boys and girls in walking violations,cycling violations,swimming in non-safe places,and skating in non-safe places(P>0.05).5.Intentional injury behavior:In the case of insults,hands-on fights,intentional injury to themselves,sexual injury,the difference between male and female reporting rates is statistically significant(P<0.05),and boys in these four intentional injuries the reporting rate is higher than the female reporting rate.6.Substance abuse:In the case of trying smoking,now-smoking,regular smoking,there is a statistically significant difference between male and female reporting rates(P<0.05),and the rate of reporting for boys is higher.Female report rate.7.Mental addiction behavior:In the regular TV viewing,the difference between male and female reporting rates was statistically significant(P<0.05),and the female reporting rate(52.6%)was higher than the male reporting rate(31.6%).8.Sexual Attitudes:There are statistically significant differences in the reporting rates between boys and girls in pornographic books or videos,friends of special significance,intimate friends,and sexual behavior(P<0.05),and 4 intentional the rate of male students reported in the inj ury behavior was higher than the female report rate.9.Internet addiction correlation analysis:Multivariate logistic regression analysis shows that only children and regular video games are risk factors for internet addictionConclusion:1.The students surveyed have different health risk behaviors between different genders,grades and academic performances.2.Regular video games are a risk factor for internet addiction.
