Purpose:Optical coherence tomography(OCT)HD-OCT detection was performed on myopia patients with no obvious abnormalities in the Macular area under the retinal microscopy,to analyze the changes of Macular sensitivity(MS),ganglion cell and inner plexiform layer(GCLIP)structure.And then to investigate the correlation between macular area structure and function in myopic patients with different axial lengths.Methods: 18 ~ 30 years old patients with different degrees of myopia who visited our hospital from June 2018 to October 2018 were selected.Patients with no obvious lesions in the macular area under fundus microscopy were collected and divided into group A(22mm,< 24mm),group B(24mm,< 26mm)and group C(>,26mm)according to the axial length of their eyes.The gender and age of the patients were recorded,and the subjects underwent ophthalmic examinations,including intraocular pressure(Tn),equivalent spherical mirror degree(SE),axial length(AL),anterior segment,visual field,fundus,and other relevant examinations.Zeis hd-oct was used to measure the thickness of ganglion cell and inner plexiform layer(GCLIP)in macular area,including overall average,upper average and lower average.Use Italian MAIA micro perimeter(CenterVue,Padova)detection in the Macular area 10 °light sensitivity range includes: the average retina light sensitivity(Macular sensitivity,MS)on average,above and below the MS three light sensitivity related parameters.The selected subjects had no other diseases affecting the eyes or serious systemic diseases except ametropia.The experiment could only be carried out with the consent of the subjects who met the enrollment criteria and cooperated with all the examination items.The study followed the Helsinki Declaration and all subjects signed informed consent with the approval of the Ethics Committee of the Shenyang He Eye Hospital.S PSS 19.0 was used forstatistical analysis.Univariate anova was used to compare all parameters between groups.Univariate anova was performed for GCIPL thickness and MS differences in patients with different axial lengths.Pearson bivariate correlation was used to analyze the correlation between axial length and GCIPL thickness,the correlation between AL and MS,and the correlation between GCIPL thickness and MS.With P < 0.05 The difference was statistically significant.Results: 1.There were no statistically significant differences in gender,age,gender and intraocular pressure between different axial groups(all P>0.05);The difference in axial length between the groups was statistically significant(F=347.861,P=0.000).2.There were statistically significant differences in GCIPL mean thickness above and below different eye axes(t=6.4657.054,P=0.00,t=13.712,P=0.000,t=10.630,P=0.00).There was no significant difference in the mean MS between the upper and lower MS(P>0.05).3.The axial length was negatively correlated with the average thickness above and below GCIPL(r=-0.263,p=0.000,r=-0.373,p= 000,r=-0.325,p= 0.000);There was no correlation between the axial length and the mean value of MS(r=-0.122,p=0.086,r=-0.128,p= 0.071,r=-0.133,p= 0.062).4.There was a positive correlation between the value under GCIPL and that under MS(r=0.149,p=0.036).There was no correlation between the other positions.At the same time,there is a difference in the above and below thickness of GCIPL,and the above MS is thicker(p < 0.001),and there is a difference in sensitivity between the above MS and the below MS,and the above MS is larger(p < 0.03).Conclusions: 1.Conclusion:1.GCIPL of young myopic population with no obvious macular lesion becomes thinner with the increase of ocular axis,MS has no obvious change,and structural change may precedes functional change.2.There are obvious differences in retinal GCIPL thickness and upper and lower parts of MS in young myopia population,and there is correlation between lower GCIPL and MS changes.
