Object:The two surgical pairs were evaluated by comparing the perioperative indicators of patients with stage ? and ? mixed hemorrhoids, which underwent Milligan-Morgan hemorrhoidectomy(MMH)and tissue-selecting therapy(TST).Perioperative safety and comparative advantage in patients with stage ? and ? mixed hemorrhoids.Method:Through retrospective cohort study,140 patients with stage ? and ? mixed hemorrhoids that underwent TST or MMH in the anorectal surgery department of Xinhua Hospital affiliated to Dalian University from November 2016 to October 2018 were enrolled, and 65 patients were divided into MMH group,75 patients into the TST group. The differences in the operation time, wound healing time, length of hospital stay, postoperative night,three-days,seven-day pain score, overall postoperative complication rate and specific complication rates were compared the two groups. The differences between the perioperative indicators of the two groups of patients were analyzed by SPSS 22.0 software, and we obtain indicators with statistically significant differences.Result:Compared with patients in the MMH group, the average length of surgery in the TST group was shorter(23.0±6.5 vs 30.5±5.3 min, corrected by Logistic regression,P<0.01),and wound healing was significantly accelerated(11.0±3.3 vs 22.9±5.3 day P<0.01,No Logistic regression correction),postoperative pain was significantly relieved,in which the postoperative pain due to pain and insomnia, postoperative pain on the 7th day after the two indexes were statistically significant after the Logistic regression correction,P values were 0.009 and 0.003.The overall complication rate decreased after surgery(P=0.030 after Logistic regression correction),but there was no significantdifference in the incidence of specific complications(P>0.05).Conclusion:For patients with stage ? and ? mixed hemorrhoids,TST has the advantages of shorter hospital stay and operation time, less pain, lower incidence of insomnia at postoperative night and lower overall complication rate than MMH.In sum,TST has a promising application than MMH.
