| Objective: To investigate the clinical efficacy of Bushen Yangxue Decoction in the treatment of infertility patients with endometriosis after IVF-ET,and to explore its mechanism.Methods: Sixty patients with deficiency of the kidney and blood stasis type endometriosis infertility after IVF-ET transplantation were divided into treatment group(tonifying kidney and nourishing blood addition a nd subtraction side)and control group(baotailing tablets).The number of biochemical pregnancy after treatment,the number of clinical pregna ncy cases,the number of early abortions,the average serum HCG and progesterone status after 28 days of transplantation,the symptoms of sy mptoms before and after treatment,and the adverse reactions after treat ment were observed.Biochemical pregnancy rate,clinical pregnancy rate,early abortion rate.Results:(1)Comparison of clinical efficacy,the biochemical pregnancy rate of the treatment group was 72.41%,the pregnancy rate of pregnancy was 62.07%,the early abortion rate was 11.11%,the biochemical pregnancy rate of the control group was 46.67%,the clinical pregnancy rate was 33.33%,and the early abortion rate was For 50%,there was a significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).(2)The average serum B-HCG value of the treatment group was 30549.39±5529.128 IU/L 28 days after transplantation,and the average serum progesterone was 43.26±13.79(ng/m L),the mean serum B-HCG value of the control group was 24457.50±3108.963IU/L 28 days after transplantation,and the mean serum progesterone was 73.58±12.53(ng/m L)There was significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).(3)In the two groups,the efficacy of TCM syndromes,the treatment group’s total effective rate was 96.55%,and the total effective rate of the control group was 76.67%.There was a significant difference in the efficacy of TCM syndrome between the two groups(P<0.05).(4)After treatment,there was a significant difference in the size of pelvic mass between the two groups(P<0.05),and the volume of pelvic mass in the treatment group was smaller than that in the control group.(5)after treatment,there was a significant difference in serum CA125 between the two groups(P<0.05),and the treatment group was better than the control group.(6)compared with the two groups,the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05),the treatment group could reduce the level of interleukin-6,and the treatment group was better than the control group.(7)The total score of TCM syndromes in both groups decreased after treatment,and there was significant difference between the two groups(P< 0.01).The treatment group was better than the control group.Conclusion: Bushen Yangxue Recipe interferes with kidney deficiency and blood stasis type endometriosis infertility patients have goodcurative effect on early pregnancy after IVF-ET,which can improvebiochemical pregnancy rate,clinical pregnancy rate and reduce earlyabortion rate;The serum levels of B-HCG and progesterone in the last 28 days were significantly improved;the symptoms of TCM can be significantly improved. |
