| Objective:To observe whether the traditional Chinese medicine “Ji Sui Kang”can better promote the recovery of nerve function in patients with cervical fracture after surgery,and to explore the mechanism of “Ji Sui Kang”to promote the recovery of nerve function.·Methods:Selected from January 2014 to January 2018 to clinic of our hospital spinal area of 41 patients with cervical spine fracture merge nerve damage,were randomly divided into observation group and control group,each group of 21 cases,observation group to the line of anterior cervical default,postoperative to oral Chinese medicine“Ji Sui Kang” the spinal cord,the control line to the anterior cervical fixation,postoperative oral a cobalt amine piece.Among them,21 cases in the observation group and 20 cases in the control group were followed up for 3 months after surgery.The recovery of spinal cord nerve function in the two groups was evaluated according to Frankel and ASIA(see table 1)score.SPSS22.0 statistical software was used for statistical analysis.·Results:Cases within the two groups before and after treatment,treatment after 3 months of Frankel,ASIA(including sensory and motor functions)score results comparison,the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05),between the two groups of patients with general curative effect comparing with the results,Frankel,ASIA score,there was no statistically significant difference(P >0.05),between the two groups of patients before taking the medicine compared with Frankel,ASIA score results after taking the drug,the difference was statistically significant(P< 0.05).·Conclusions:After anterior cervical internal fixation,patients taking “Ji Sui Kang” or mecobalamin can significantly improve the neurological function of the patients' spinal cord;The overall curative effect of the observation group was slightly worse than that of the treatment group.After cervical internal fixation,the patient takes the Chinese traditional medicine “Ji Sui Kang” orally to the patient spinal cord function recovery has certain curative effect. |
