Objective:Analysis of the therapeutic effect of contrast-enhanced ultrasound combined with immunology on hepatic alveolar echinococcosis.Methods:30 patients with hepatic alveolar echinococcosis treated in The First Affiliated Hospital of Xinjiang Medical University were enrolled in this study.The size of hepatic alveolar echinococcosis lesions was measured by conventional twodimensional ultrasound,color doppler imaging and contrast-enhanced ultrasound before operation.Immunohistochemical staining was used to compare the distribution of CD34,VEGF,IL10 and TGF?1 in the infiltrating and proliferating areas of hepatic alveolar hydatid lesions and adjacent normal liver tissues.Results:The extent of hep atic alveolar hydatid lesions increased in different degrees after contrast-enhanced ultrasound,the difference was statistically significant?t=16.43,P<0.05?.The expression of CD34 in microvessels of infiltrating area of hepatic alveolar echinococcosis was significantly higher than that in adjacent normal liver tissues,there was significant difference between them?X2=42.875,P<0.05?.The expression of VEGF in the infiltrating area of hepatic alveolar echinococcosis was significantly higher than that in the surrounding normal liver tissue,the difference was statistically significant?X2=44.125,P<0.05?.The expression of IL10 in infiltrating area of hepatic alveolar echinococcosis was lower than that in surrounding normal liver tissue,the difference was statistically significant?X2=31.919,P<0.05?.The expression of TGF?1 in infiltrating area of hepatic alveolar echinococcosis was lower than that in surrounding normal liver tissue,the difference was statistically significant?X2=28.111,P<0.05?.Conclusion:Hepatic alveolar hydatid lesions infiltrate into the proliferative area,which is the"soil"and"nutrients"that the liver alveolar hydatid lesions really depend on for survival,proliferation and reproduction.Both IL10 and TGF?1can induce the host to produce"immune tolerance"and make the body lose immune attack to hepatic alveolar echinococcosis.Contrastenhanced ultrasound combined with immunology was used to evaluate the curative effect of hepatic alveolar echinococcosis before and after operation.Preoperative contrast-enhanced ultrasound was used to precisely locate the preresection area of hepatic alveolar echinococcosis.Postoperative combined with immunology was used to evaluate the actual extent of the resected lesion.
